Me and my family came here for dinner and were seated on arrival. Our order was taken shortly after our arrival and our food and drink order arrived promptly. Everyone in our party enjoyed the appetizers and main courses. The only drawback was the server took some time after our food was delivered to come back to check on us but other than that we had a good time. This location is definitely a good option for a family night out.
This joint is probably one of my favorite of them all. I'm always seating quickly served quickly, the food is always delicious and reasonably priced, the servers are incredibly nice, they always have new deals and offers available to save money and combine options, and the options are intriguing. This place is great.
This Chili’s lets me down EVERY TIME. them being a disappointment is the only consistent thing about this place. Every time I order lunch ahead of time to pick up curbside they NEVER bring my food out. Never. I can sit in their parking lot for 20 min and they’ll never come. Why even offer curbside if you never do it??? The only reason this bothers me so much is I have a short lunch break, so to maximize my time I try to order ahead and pickup food. Welp, no matter how far ahead I order, it doesn’t matter. They always waste about half of my lunch break. Every time I go inside there’s nobody for me to speak to or get my food from. There are so many other food options nearby, idk why I even try with this place anymore. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
This location went downhill FAST! We came in on a Tuesday around 5pm. The food took forever and when it arrived everything was burnt and dry. I figured it was just a bad day. The manager came and comped my food that I didn’t touch, also- what happened to the portions?Came back that Saturday as my daughter wanted a burger and same thing… horrible. Waiter brought out our drinks, never brought our chips until we asked (20min later)(and from experience I know servers have access to the chips- they don’t come from the back) at the 50min mark i asked about our burgers… when they came out they were stale and dry from basically sitting under the heat lamps. They were inedible. When I mentioned it to my server he could care less. We paid and left to go to elsewhere. Not going to attempt a third try.If you want one of the LAST STANDING AMAZING CHILI’S- GO TO OSWEGO! They are fantastic and truly how the company used to be.
This category of restaurant has gone somewhat downhill, and this location is not an exception. Only about half the restaurant was open - we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table of six despite many open tables in the other half of the restaurant. And this on a Saturday night! Wait staff was fine, but not great.Food was good, drinks were great, and both are a great value. If you're a party of 2 looking for a cheap date night, Chili's should still deliver.
Staff was friendly and fast,they did their job good. The food is just... Mäh. Too much, too convenient, too cheap. Belongs for me in the same category as a White Castle. Mystery meat and artificially flavored drinks included.
Chili's has went down in their in every aspect of being a restaurant..No more Free chips and salsa. The food that had cheese on it was melted then rehardened Because it was left in the back under the late too long it should have been brought out to us immediately. The amounts of salad dressing have been decreased and The only thing I can say good about the restaurant was the server. And she had too many tables that she had to take care of so the service goes down a little but she was very nice. I could go on but there's not enough room.I know because I used to work there and I left on good terms with them but when I came back I was very disappointed.
Service is always amazing here. This place helps me build memories with my kids. Everyone always has a smile and their food is hot and fresh. Happy hour has a great selection and it’s a family meal away from home. We love this place!
Arrived at the weekend before mid day to ensure not many people will be around and as ever, as we left the place was packed with people waiting to be seated. We had our usual fajitas, which I could not finish and noticed there were new servers - they change pretty often, don't they? Everything was perfect with the downside that some women or kids can be very loud, hence you always have to move the table away from them if you want to have some peace during your meal. Check my pictures - that is why we keep returning to this place: great food.
Had a HORRIBLE experience tonight 3/19. First of all, we only get to go out to eat once a night so we try and make it a good experience. The way that the staff conducted themselves made it a TERRIBLE experience. We waited 45 minutes, which was kind of expected given the circumstances. However, we both CLEARLY communicated what we wanted to order. We did let our waiter know that we were on a time crunch. The waiter brought us out our entrees but did not bring out our appetizer chips which we ordered. We reminded him FOUR TIMES to bring out the chips. He NEVER did. I asked 3 times for some AI Steak Sauce. Never brought it out. Finally did after the fourth time. Our kiosk had the WRONG table so we had to wait a while to pay. Even though I did not ask for a manager, he came to my table because he saw that I was not happy at all with this God awful service. To his credit, he did take some $$ off of my bill. However, as mentioned before, we only get to go out once a week and we want to make sure that we enjoy the experience. I would have rather paid the full bill and had our entire same enjoyable meal instead of a very unenjoyable meal and experience. Not to mention, we were late to our next event because they gave us the wrong kiosk bill. To not have something as simple as an appetizer delivered at all even after asking FOUR Times is unacceptable service. They NEVER did give us our chips appetizer even after promising to bag one up to go. If you wait 45 minutes you expect it to be worth the wait with good service. We were disgusted and appalled by the service. I did not want to make a scene in the restaurant, but I did make sure to document this on the kiosk as I signed out as well as write a google review. I think our business with Chili's is over.
