This was my very first time eating the food myself. I use to pick it up through Doordash. I went through the drive-thru. Their Spicy Chicken is delicious with just enough spice.I like the new Drive-up area. Its more organized. The employees are so sweet.I will be coming back!!
They got my order wrong, not a big deal at all, I am politely let them know the correct order. It seemed to be implied I was lying. (The correct order didn't cost more), I wasn't lying, they got it wrong.They took it back and when I got my correct order it was made so poorly I couldn't finish it. That's a first.
Food is always so full of flavor and good. Never had chicken as flavorful and moist as at Chick-fil-A. If you don't eat here because of politics, good. No point in wasting this delicious food on an idiot.
Seems a little chaotic. Why don't the order speakers ever work? There are people standing at my window wanting my order before I even pull up to the menu. Besides the drive thru mess, the orders are always correct, fresh and delicious.
Very good chicken. And a big shout out to the staff and the manager. They made a mistake on my order and very graciously corrected it. I will be back the food is good. And we all make mistakes. And the prices are fair. Don't forget the fries and a sauce. Yum
Been here many times and it seems like I always have the same issue. When I go in the restaurant and order, everything is right and tasty. However, 3 out of 4 times that I've used the drive through my order has been wrong. The restaurant and the food are great, but I would not recommend the drive through unless you have the time and ability to check the accuracy of your order before driving away! The frustration of realizing you either got the wrong food or there is food missing when you're back at home. When I complained the last time I was met with a very poor response for a company that used to pride itself on customer service.
This location has a play place for kids, so adults can enjoy a meal, while the little ones are going bananas. The place gets busy, so it's quite a wait, but the play place is a good distraction.
Love the staff here! Everyone is so nice, and the service is really fast too! You can never go wrong stopping at this Chic Fil A
What's not to like about Chick-fil-A? Staff is always friendly and service is promt. I go to the Wheaton or Boilngbrook location. Can't go wrong.
This Chick-fil-A consistently gets your order wrong whether you order just one sandwich or multiple items. Go to a different Chick-fil-A and save yourself the hassle.
