Warm and welcoming staff even with a fairly busy time, we were seated right away and orders taken quickly too!! Food was delicious and fresh! Our server was very attentive and not just the one time after food was served, but numerous times to refill coffee and water, checking on us and not intrusive or annoying but helpful and friendly! We could eat delicious food, and have a great conversation because noise levels were also wonderfully muted!! I highly recommend eating here, kids and adults of all ages!

Honestly, I was nervous when Butterfield’s got bought by Honey Jam. I always loved Butterfield’s and wasn’t sure how this would affect things. I’m so glad to say, the quality of food and service from the staff are all still top notch! Last weekend my coworkers and I decided we wanted to do a big breakfast order. There was 14 of us. Butterfield’s said they’d have it ready for us in 30 min. They said normally people put in catering orders a day in advance, but the manager said she’ll make it happen for us. I went there to pick up the food and was so delighted that they had it all ready for me! We all LOVED it! The eggs were fluffy, bacon was nice and crispy, the French toast…. WOW!!!! AMAZING! And the sausage was delish. We even got hot coffee and fresh orange juice! It was a great Saturday morning for my team, thanks to Butterfield’s and their phenomenal staff. Thank you for pulling off our last minute catering order, all of us at Chase bank REALLY appreciated it!!

HORRIBLE!! The first thing I could say is disgusting, the glassware were all dirty, the water carafe, the glasses the cups, even the staff!! All of them have filthy clothes on!! That’s the presentation imagine what’s happening in the kitchen! We ordered salty French toast and it came out sweet and not covered in eggs at all, just some oily toasted bread! The eggs were over cooked! The food it’s just below average.I’ll never go back.

Went today for breakfast and still in awe they charge 14.00 for French toast and 2.19 for syrup. I opted for a club sandwich with fries instead and it was just sad. I’ve never seen a thin club sandwich before today. Service was okay but she never came around with coffee. The seating was lumpy and the place just looks dirty. We used to love it under the old owners- not so much now.

I catered brunch for my daughters baby shower and it was fantastic. We had eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes, orange juice and coffee. Everything was hot and delicious. They even provided the tableware and warming trays to keep everything hot. I look forward to my next catering event as Butterfields will be my first choice. Thank you for making hosting this event so easy!

This is my first time dining at this restaurant and will not be coming back. I was disappointed as the reviews were all great. I also do not know if maybe it was too early in the morning? It was 8am when I arrived and they openned at 6:30am. The restaurant was pretty empty but halfway through my stay about 10 other diners arrived. I ordered a simpe breakfast (2 eggs over hard, hashbrowns, sausage links and pancakes). No biggie, I would think? The eggs were cooked a little too long so they were rubbery, but that was fine, something I was willing to deal with. The hashbrown portion was smaller than my 3 sausage links, but both were good. I was looking forward to the pancakes, unfortunately, they were horrible! The worst pancakes I have ever had. The order came with 2 pancakes, they were average sized. The top pancake was as hard as a old cookie, no inch of soft at all. I was able to hold it by a corner and it didnt budge. The bottom pancake was softer in the center but the edges were hard. So I cut out the middle and attempted to eat it, it was raw, and it tasted like funfetti boxed cake batter. Honestly, speaking I would have been better off getting a breakfast from McDonalds or even a gas station than here. My bill was $12.95. The service was good but the food was not.I forgot to mention, that the restaurant must of been called "Jams" or something like that. Maybe bought out, but I was handed the menu from the previous restaurant "Jams", which to me I really dont care about but found it interesting. I also, am aware that after covid many business have lost a lot of money and are running short handed and maybe loosing money. So I overlooked it.

Facility was fairly clean. Very nice looking inside lots of seating. It was deffinatly a busy place. My daughters mickey mouse pancakes were great. My breakfast chicken sliders were not great.

Nice place to get a breakfast. The menu has a lot of choices and food is delicious. I usually prefer modern breakfast places, but it’s only my preference. For everyone who is just looking to get a good food, I recommend the place. Service is great as well.

Have not been here in a while and it was nice to have a great, hot breakfast. They served the best grits I have had in a while! Eggs and bacon were perfectly cooked. Our server, Eileen, was attentive, friendly and always there with coffee & water refills. We will go back for certain!

Thank you for being open past 2pm!We went to another place that was just about to close. Found Butterfield's on Google Maps open until 3pm.The SouthWest Scrambler had a nice spicy kick & gooey cheeses.Belgian Waffle was smothered in berries. Will be back for sure.Oh & Kaitlin was such a sweetheart.
