Quick service comfort foods and good portions. Roasted chicken is their specialty, but they have sandwiches and meatloaf, etc.
I visited this Boston market at approximately 6:45 PM in the evening on April 30, 2022. I waited in line approximately 15 minutes and there were only three employees working the time. When I got to the front of the line finally they informed me that they no longer offer turkey they do not have any more chicken left. This location in Wheaton Illinois definitely needs more employees and more food. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and will definitely be my last time.
No one called to tell me this and I was not told at pickup. She then blamed the fact that she was in the bathroom for the reason why I was not told, I still don't know why that was reverent information. When I asked for a refund she said I could return to the restaurant and they would remake the sandwich. I asked again for a refund and the manager hung up on me.
Out of stock/discontinued half of the core items. Turkey is discontinued. The place might as well shut down. Truly sad.
The chicken was extremely dry We can buy a rotisserie chicken at sams club for way cheaper and so much better save your money
I had the chicken sandwich, side of mac and cheese, brownie and a drink. $ 19. Kinda pricey. Service was good.
I placed an order online for pickup. When I went to pick it up no one was answering the phone. There was a note on the door that the dining room was closed but drive through and order pick up was open. So I figured they were busy and not able to answer the phone. Went through the drive through to let them know I was there to pick up my order and LITERALLY NO ONE WAS THERE. They had completely closed. I will be disputing this with my credit card if I am charged. So disappointing. Lost me as a costumer forever.
Tried to order online tonight, on a friday night. Order was placed fine, they charged my cards, said delivery person was on the way to the store and then I recieved an email that the delivery was canceled. No phone call, nothing. Just an email that it was canceled. Tried calling this store, but no one answered. Called 3 times. I now have to call my bank and disput the charges because there is no main number to call. Jerks !!!
Everytime I come lately to this Boston Market they are closed . They have a sign posted at the Drive-thru that they are only open till 4, because they are under staffed. I understand that is going on in many places. However, they should post that online or on their answering machine to make people aware of that. Least that will help people know before they drive there since this is an on going thing in many restaurants. I think some people would check then before coming. At least that is what I would do.
Was very disappointing, can not get a order to go correct check before you leave the window. Preset three dinners got two had to drive back to get it. Maybe they will close.
