I just waited 24 minutes for nothing. When I get to the window the kids inside are talking, standing around, one was trying to get back inside so he could bring in a stereo. Last time we went the kid clearly pocketed the money, this time we were completely ignored. This place has fallen off and is more then likely full of health code violations. I’m gonna call the corporate office and rant. Such a waste of time.
Nobody answered window for 10 minutes, I waited in the line previously for 20 minutes while they made food then when I pulled up everybody magically dissapeared. Saw one guy walking around behind the counter and he looked really stupid, wearing a stupid tan fedora and sunglasses while he worked slowly. Everyone behind me left the drive thru.
Overall very decent, staff was very friendly and accommodating especially throughout the greet and ordering process. The dining area was clean and not really occupied. The bathrooms were clean and kept up. So, we decided to just sit and eat instead. The staff made good effort to check in on us to see if we wanted anything else, more sauces etc. Their food is hot and fresh. They have a wide array of meals and combos, plus individual items and specials. This location has good service with a smile. The folks who work here seem to really enjoy their job.
Was in drive-through for 15 minutes finally got to the window and the guy was listening to music with ear Device witch I don’t mind but when your dancing around with your pants sagging so low your I can see your A$$ that’s a problem. Uniforms are kind of pointless when you do that . When I opened the bag there was no sauce witch I ask for and the food was carelessly boxed as all the cheese on the Mexican pizzas was pouring out of the sides. Wasted 15 minutes of my life and $16 on cheesy cardboard
I don't like taco bell to much but my 12 year old daughter likes it !!! It takes them so long I think they can use more help there because I don't they have a clue of what there doing I was just there last week and they must have turned away over 15 plus cars saying they have a big order and could not help us at this time so waiting in a line for over half a hour to get told to screw off go back home your not getting Taco Smell tonight and wasn't the first time!!! The Taco grill a few doors west now is great real authentic taste of Mexico!!!!!! So I'm giving Taco Smell only 2 stars I think management should go there and do a drive threw and check for them selves the service they get????? Thank you anyway Taco Smell ????
“Just so you know we close soon (20 minutes) so we’re only serving tacos and burritos right now” ???As if that’s my problem ?What she meant was- “Im selfish and lazy. I don’t feel like making anything else, because if I do that means I have to clean more”Do Better.
Been going to this taco bell for years. Can't say nothing bad about it tbh. Never had any issues. The restaurant is always clean and food is always good
Most of my visits to the Westmont location are Drive-thru but I don't think that matters here... inside or out they have the best service any time of day. Fast, Quick and perfect everytime. I think I am addicted to these Loco Tacos they're all I ever order!
Bless the staff. Shoutouts Uli and the rest of the team ? They get my order correct 100 percent of the time no matter what I get.
This Taco Bell Westmont location shows premium customer service skills! They were fast, courteous and efficient. The food was hot, fresh and super delicious. The man at the drive thru window should teach management classes to other restaurants. He displayed excellent customer care skills and he was professional, yet friendly/welcoming. He also was practicing great COVID-19 etiquette. This was my first time visiting this location and I'm definitely going back. I wish I'd gotten hi name! Go Taco Bell Westmont!!!
