I used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20.The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared. I'll order a sandwich and a drink and only the drink will be out. I will wait and not say anything because I dont want to rush anyone but then the employees start running ice and stuff, filling cups, doing things you do when there are no orders. Or i will order a drink and see the cup perfectly placed where it should be to fill it up, but it hasn't been. Weird stuff like that.I spend a good amount of money here and its honestly just disappointing. Also having worked at Starbucks before I know that sometimes things can slip your mind and I empathize. But when it's consistently happening?Edit: it seems this issue was promptly addressed and is really appreciated. Thank you.

Always mess up my order, I ask for soy in my coffee cause I'm lactose intolerant and they never give it to me. I have stomach problems all day because they can't do a simple thing of grabbing the soy milk.

Employees were nice, but I'm pretty sure I just got a cup of hot milk for 2/3 of my orders.I'm driving so I wasn't dying to try my drink right away.I can get a gallon milk for like $3 if I just wanted milk.

Horrible. I went the day after Christmas for my birthday drink. It took over 20 minutes inside to make 1 peppermint mocha. I had to leave so I wouldn't miss my appointment. Very sad that not only did I miss my free bday drink, to add- the barista was rude. I saw my drink sticker move across the line and when I asked about it because it was next, she said I had 8 more drunk orders before mine. I watched her move it over. I left without my drink! Not visiting that location any more, not worth my extra time.*** Okay so I caved and I came back only because it's the most convenient Starbucks location around my home. So today I had an experience in the drive-thru with Ben. He was fantastic. Fantastic! He was polite. He showed extreme customer service and it's because of him that I will be happy to return. And I'm glad that I gave you guys a second chance. Thank you.

Don't understand the hipe . Good Coffee but way over priced & usually has a wait line... I actually enjoy McDonalds frozen Carmel Frappe better than Starbucks, it's 1/2 the price, & quickee drive thru lines..Starbucks is Not my cup of tea .

Kayley was phenomenal. She had excellent customer service. She was very pleasant and genuine. She went over and beyond for me. Thank you again Kayley. This Westmont location always provides the best customer service

Never have good service at this location. I have either waited forever in the drive thru or they get my order wrong. Today I could tell but looking at my drink it was wrong, but was told it was right.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO K•A•Y•L•E•Y! She was a breath of fresh air. Kayley displayed excellent customer service. She was polite and got my order correct. I appreciate her professionalism.

The young people at this location have no understanding, humility, or respect. If you ask a question that they think is stupid, they will make sure to write “blonde” on your cup label and then take a picture of said label before handing it to you, presumably to Snapchat their friends or something. Did you think I couldn’t see you through the drive through window, even though the girl closest to the window tried to talk to me? I’m not coming back here again. There are plenty of other Starbucks with much better staff.
