Good chicken finger lunch but someone apparently lost my dine-in order. I waited patiently about for 10 minutes for number to be called and finally inquired at the counter. They asked my name which was not asked for when I placed my order. I showed my receipt and they prioritized my meal...but no explanation or apologies given for the long wait.

Got a large order tonight at the Westmont, IL location. This was my 1st time in the restaurant (we usually do drive thru). It was so clean and bright. The staff were all friendly. Pablo was kind, helpful and very efficient with making sure all my order got to me. We will definitely be back.
First time experienced. I found the stuff quite friendly and knowledgeable. The chicken fingers were fresh and delicious. Dipping sauce was quite impressive.
Tried for the 1st time during our trip to Illinois and became a fan of the chain!Very friendly people , trendy insight, great look and feel , there are disco lights hanging ?, and I am serious !And the food… huge pieces of chicken fingers in the sandwich, curly fries were great , not over cooked and not at all salted !The chicken was very soft , the cane sauce can be purchased for I guess 35 - 40 cents , but that’s a must ?Highly recommend!
I am very upset and disappointed that canes does not deliver I am currently at work right now and my mouth is watering for some canes chicken and that scrumptious canes sauce. I miss the perfectly toasted and greasy bread in my mouth and I can’t forget about the fries.

Everything was fresh. It was good no complaints!! Employees was very polite.
Fast friendly service with a smile. I did the drive-thru service. Hot, quick but small portion amount but good food. Enjoy as I believe you will!
