Third time this has happened. Two sandwiches ordered wrong toppings (even says the right ones on the label) two bags of chips ordered and payed for and only one in the bag. Love the food but the service here is not good
I was treated very poorly by Maria at this store on the evening of 4/21/22. She entered my order incorrectly and when I pointed it out to her, got mad at me and blamed me even though I had not instructed her to put the items on the order which she did. There is video surveillance at the store to support this statement as well as video which I took of the encounter. This employee has extremely poor customer service and blamed me for the mistake she made and then argued with me in front of my kids and the whole store about why it was my fault that she made a mistake. Again there is video recording showing where the error occurred. Instead of acknowledging her error and correcting the order, she told me she would not serve us because she was mad that I was holding her accountable for the mistake that she made and was trying to blame me for instead of correcting it. Horrible customer service. If anyone at corporate would like to follow up with me regarding this, I encourage you ti also view the footage from the store if this incident. This manager has ZERO accountability and created an argument with client I. Front of their kids in the whole store because she could not admit she had made a mistake and wanted to blame everyone else. This Potbelly’s location DID NOT fulfill the promise that is posted at the beginning of ordering queue. Very disappointed for both the store and this individual. Very poor and out of control leadership and accountability. I had to repeatedly remind Naria that I do not work at the store and her mistakes or misunderstandings are not my responsibility which made her very mad and caused her to act like a child with a paying customer because she could not admit to herself she had EffedUp an order. Very sad.
Drive- Thru is always packed but they work fast! Never unsatisfied with my sandwich :)
Went thru drive thru on 02/09/22 and I ordered the Original Mama’s meatball sandwich. Found the sauce and meatballs very bland and lacking in sauce, spice, and mozzarella cheese. Paying over $9 for this sandwich, one should expect more in a $9 meatball sandwich….very disappointed!
Drive thru was packed 10 cars deep. That doesn't happen unless it's fire.
This location has a drive-thru! Absolutely fabulous. My food was hot and fresh. I enjoyed the chicken salad salad and the turkey sandwich. I loved it. Definitely going back soon.
3rd time ordering soup and paying extra for topping and I never received them. Why even give the option if you are not going to pay attention to the order. Seems like you get screw unless you go into store. ?
Says it's open till 10pm. Closed at 8pm...At least update your times online... All 3 Potbellys in the area are closed early...
I ordered two Mediterranean Sandwiches BOTH meatless, one of them: no chicken but add avocado ($2 up charge despite turning down the meat). Employee repeated the orders back to me which I confirmed. I ended up getting a sandwich with SO MUCH chicken on it, that when I picked it out to just have the rest, I was left with hummus on bread and two small pieces of avocado. No other ingredients. I was on my lunch break so I called the shop but never got an answer.
My go to sandwich spot. They have a drive thru so that’s a great option but also remember that the lines can be long so plan extra time to wait through drive thru. They do also allow you to go inside
