Some of the worst "Chicago food" I've ever had. The pizza was horrible and the Italian Beef was the worst I've ever had by far. How they are associated with anything remotely considered Chicago is embarrassing.
HISPANIC LADY SERVER IS THE WORSE. NEVER SMILES, NEVER COMES AROUND. MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE A BURDEN TO HER. TO MANY PIZZA PLACES AROUND TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT. SHE IS NOT DOING THE BUSINESS ANY GOOD. OBVIOUSLY NOT HAPPY WITH HER JOB. ON A BETTER NOTE PIZZA WAS GREAT!!
Been coming here since I was a baby(there are photos to prove). Pizza is amazing. And it is wonderful place for parties. Staff is awesome.
Had the ribs and they were just ok. They don't actually cook the ribs with any type of rub, seasoning or sauce on them. They just pour barbecue sauce on them after they're cooked. Tender but not very good. The vodka pasta sucks and so does the spaghetti. The lasagna is ok. We didn't try the pizza but maybe that's what they're good at. Tried to order a deep dish but they don't serve it on weekends which kinda makes you wonder if its any good. First and last time here.
The kids loved the game room. The photo in the ladies bathroom is so beautiful. The token are a nice touch. Some of the games do not work. The food is good. Service is good.

We had an event at Papa Passeros and Laura and her staff were incredible! The food was excellent-definitely get the chicken and the Italian sausage! The service was beyond amazing-so many compliments on the venue, food, service, location, parking-highly recommend!
I ordered a large pizza and wings . I've had the pizza in the past and it was great however , this time it was dry and tasteless . It actually felt as if I was chewing cardboard . The wings were gigantic and tough . I dont do gigantic wings . I couldn't pass them on because (diabetics) they were bathed in bbq sauce . I had asked for a side order w/ a side of blue cheese . I have to say my delivery person was great .
I didn't want to even give them that star. Absolutely terrible ! The server never brought water to the table after asking more than once for some . The washrooms were disgusting and the carpeting thru out the place was dirty stains everywhere for the prices on their menu, they should be ashamed of themselves. Definitely reporting them to any office I can
