I am tired of this location, i asked and paid tor extra marinara cup and jalepeno on the side the last 3 times and have yet to recieve it, and then when you call the store hoping they will make it right, you cant understand a single word the person whe answers the phone says. This place is a joke
Only one person in the store was able to properly communicate with me when I went in there to pick up my pizza. When I asked for a cup of sauce it took them ten minutes of “searching” for it but then came back with nothing so I had to ask another person to help me and then they charged me for the sauce. Just go to Dominos for better customer service.
Delivery took twice the estimated time, was ice cold, and when I called to complain to a manager they hung up on me.

Never shopping here again, first of all I been waiting for an hour and thirty minutes for my food even though the store said thirty, I eventually just curiously opened my door and the driver left my food outside in the snow! I specifically told the person to have the driver call me when he was here he didn’t knock or call and just left it outside and everything was all cold and wet and we couldn’t eat it yes they gave me a refund but I wanted my food remade and they refused to remake it saying I would have to pay for a whole other pizza! They completely wasted my time.

Rude and overwhelmed staff. Only come here because they're cheap and open late. Will not come back.
I order for pickup 7 PM came to pickup at 8:14 PM and my pizza wasn’t ready but the cashier was ready to charge me I asked where it was he started frantically searching and then he told me that the pizza will be ready in 5 min I told him I’d wait 12 min later early an hour and 30 min after I order they bring it out still charge me and tell me they gave my pizza to another customer-updateI just checked the pizza and it wasn’t even the right order and they already charged me I went back with the full pizza and they told me they didn’t put the order in and cannot help just go to dominos at least they get the order right
4 miles away and no delivery options. Oh well. Terrible
I have waited an entire year since the last time I had the misfortune of dealing with the team at 355 W Ogden.. I tried again tonight... Thought maybe speak to a manager... Nope.. Customer service is of zero interest.. I will not attempt again.. I now understand the bad publicity this brand has received is absolutely earned..
