They try, but they never get an order correct! In future, I will physically open the food there to make sure it is correct! They just can't seem to get something as simple as a Happy Meal "plain" cheeseburger correct! This was the third time! You would think I would have learned by now! My 4 year old grandchild could not eat the burger! Thankfully, we had other things for lunch, but she was disappointed. Other Happy Meal was fine as was the salad.
this McDonald's overcharges is customers and doesn't give receipts. Why is that so no one can check to see that they've been charged the right amount. They also have no ability to reverse the fraudulent charges immediately. Total incompetence. No wonder this McDonald's has such a poor rating. Avoid this McDonald's whenever possible.
I showed up with a DoorDash pick up order and opted to go through the drive thru since no one else was in line and every other lobby Ive checked today was locked (this was my first time at this location today). The man at the speaker box asked me to verify the ID number on my order and told me to pull up to the second window. I waited behind one car. When it was my turn, I was told I needed to come in to the store to pick up the order. No one was in line behind me at the time. I parked my car and went into the empty store (not a single customer inside) where the bag I needed was sitting on the counter and 2/3 employees working were standing there, staring at their phone. I told them that good customer service would have been to give me the order and let me know that next time I will need to go into the lobby. I could understand if the restaurant was busy or my order wasnt completed. Instead, the woman who told me I needed to come inside felt that inconveniencing me for NO reason and without explanation was the best course of action. I feel there was no justification for having me park and come inside, especially since my order was verified and I was told to drive around.
Giving 5 stars simply because this one employee they have is the best and friendliest person I've ever seen in my life. He is unbelievably good and deserves to be making more than any other employee at any fast food restaurant. I'm not sure his name, but he is the guy. I've had about five other people say that they love that guy! He's just sooooo good!
It's a very attractive McDonald's. It has all the state-of-the-art McDonald's equipment. But overall worst McDonald's experience I've ever had in all the years I've been eating at McDonald's. The service was rude, slow and nobody seem to care about us as a customer. I brought a 92 year old in for a shamrock shake and a milkshake and I had to go back twice just to get napkins and for her to dig the fries out of the bottom of the bag that they had thrown in because they had fallen inside. I wasn't alone there were other customers in line who also we're very unhappy. Skip this location if you can.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they game old spicy mac chicken and there’s a girl working there gave me an attitude when i was super nice to her idk why!
got a hot chicken sandwich from McDonald's sandwiches I tried Kentucky fried Chicken was warm Popeyes was warm and small not like they advertise in your pictures the bun hides the chicken McDonald's is number one with me now
Very efficient and quick. I had mobile order with a mix of reward Big Mac burger and a spicy chicken meal for my wife. They did good.
Can you guys do better about sauces ??? That’s my over 10th time I got no sauces!!! Ordered like 8 of them .
Been going here for years, the quality is fine but the workers can't seem to get orders right ever. There was only 3 other people in the drive through with an empty indoor dinning. They can't remember to add a regular mcdouble when it was the first them ordered out of 5 items. Its laughable how bad this place had become
