So it was me and my fiancé‘s first time coming to this restaurant. We were super excited and we ordered a chicken torta and chicken burrito and the chicken was so hard it was like bacon bits. The chicken didn’t even taste like chicken. It was so hard to eat and barely edible but we ate it anyway and we were just really disappointed and disgusted. I was thinking to myself how would the cook even serve that someone knowing that they over cooked it that bad. My first experience was not a great one at all. When serving your customers you should always provide and give your best quality because you don’t know who you’re Serving and if they are a mystery diner. I wish I could’ve got my money back or try something different. If I can give this place zero stars base on my experience I would because it was unacceptable. Please keep that in mind when serving all customers.
This place is a joke. I placed an order on grubhub and called to edit an order due to an allergy and got hung up on twice, they then were asking if I wanted free food? Legit didn't make any sense. Then after calling back 3 separate times because nobody would answer , the woman asked if I wanted to come in to get my money back...even though I specifically was ordering DELIVERY and paid additinal fees to do so. I couldn't get a word in to even provide thorough explanation of what I was needing. Absolutely unprofessional and will never ever consider this place in the future. Pains me to even have to give 1 star
I ordered a steak chimichanga & two steak tacos when I got home my chimichanga had no meat in it. & my tacos was nasty. This place is over rated & does not taste good
Food is always good here. Probably the best taco spot in the area
My husband and I had a craving for burritos, came here and was highly disappointed. My food was cold. Steak tasted like beef and crunchy, nothing was fresh and my first bite tasted like a dirty burnt grill. Disgusting ?!
Horrible!!!! I watched the chef flip the same 3 pounds of cooked steak during my entire visit. The chicken had no flavor, the bell peppers were undercooked, the meat tasted as if it was prepared on a dirty grill and none of the vegetation tasted fresh.
Really hate to do this because every business wants to succeed but I order the steak torta and it taste like metal I had to spit it out, the beans & rice were good overall.
Normally, I love this place as it's fast, relatively inexpensive and delicious. Today, tho is the worst experience as I sat down waiting for 20 min during their dinner rush hour and not one of the waitresses noticed nor acknowledged me till I went up to the cash register. Then, I had to wait longer and they never served me any water upon request. 3 stars is for previous fast experiences, but tonight's not one of them
Food was always great as usual, but can’t give 5 stars. Guy at the register Monday night was very rude. Could barely understand him through his accent.
The burrito al pastor is just incredible.
