If I could give this place a zero or a negative I definitely will. Placed an order two hours before pick up only to be told that they dont have it ready. Ask what time are we looking at and the lady tells me she doesnt know when it will be ready. Its ridiculous. To give me attitude because they dont have my order ready on time and then they cant tell me how much longer. They act as though they are giving me something for free. If you couldn't do my order i wouldnt have wasted my time and canceled to get a refund. I wouldnt waste ur time at this place. Your better off going somewhere else.
The online app and portal concept are good ideas and should work, just order, walkin at the promised time. However this place never has the order ready at the time promised time so i and a number of others are always standing around waiting for our tardy take out.
I called into this location roughly 45 minutes before closing to see if they could do a pizza a specific way. Even though I could not have my pizza the way I was questioning, Cynthia informed me that she had just put in some hot n ready pizzas which was my next question. I informed her that I was on my way from work and would be there soon. Cynthia received an online order and without me asking put a cheese and a pepperoni in fresh for me so that I had it when I got there (I did not order it online). When I got to the store, Cynthia greeted me and was very friendly. I got exactly what I wanted with fantastic service and rushed back to work before we closed so that my coworker and I could indulge in some late night goodness. I realized 1 minute to closing that I had left my sauces there. I called back and Cynthia once again answered even after closing time. She then said I could make my way back and she would have them for me. Cynthia delivered great service in a very friendly manner! I want you to know that those small gestures made my night end on a much better note - thank you!!!

Hours show they should be open, called and it rang for over 5 minutes. Ended up stopping by since it was on my way home. Lights were barely on and 2 people were in the back doing nothing. I see why this location all the reviews have been really bad of recent. Avoid at all costs.
Love the food, except this location is nearly always closed.
I am never a person that writes reviews. I showed up a few minutes prior to 8:00 since the hours of operation state online 8:00, but the doors were locked. London came to the door and let me know they were closed. I wasn’t super upset because sometimes locations close early due to business being slow, but I had just been to Dominos and I had ordered but there was an error on their end and my card was charged but with two hungry kids in the back seat, I didn’t even think twice to fight it when they said they didn’t have my order and there was a 45 minute wait. I drove over to Little Cesars and London was super sweet and empathetic and opened the doors back up for one last order. I have had a hell of a week with work and my spouse was out of town and I didn’t have time to grocery shop after picking the kids up from their gymnastics class…. And London was a breath of fresh air and it really made my Friday night. They should promote her. Her customer service is outstanding. I will come back !
I placed an order on the app for pick-up, but when I arrived the store was closed. I never received an email or any type of notice that they would be closed and they still charged me a couple days later for an order I never received.
They don’t answer at all. Called on several different day. It’s ridiculous. The hold time when business hours are open are crazy. All for some local cheap pizza and the customer service is terrible!
