This used to be great and our go to location. In the past month or so their deliveries have been very inconsistent taking 45 minutes to 1 hour for 1 sandwich combo. Today it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to receive the order that we placed at 12:00pm It was 3 sandwiches, 3 chips, and 2 drinks- so not an especially large order.I understand staffing issues but at some point you have to communicate with the customers that you can't accept any more orders. Maybe disable online orders and phone for a short period (20 Minutes) so you can catch up.

Ordered a delivery today @ 11:25am.1 hour later, I have not received my food.I called the store and was put on hold for so long, the call got dropped.I continued to call back until I was able to speak to someone and ask where my food was. I was told they're short staffed, which is understandable. However, a courtesy call to inform me of the wait would've been nice.When I asked to speak to the manager, the person I was speaking to lowered the phone from his ear and called to CJ (the manager). He told him I was being aggressive (which I was not), to which CJ told him to void the order and hang up. He promptly did just that.Subsequent calls back were repeatedly answered and hung up until FINALLY CJ answered. When I asked if he was the person that instructed his employee to hang up on me he said "I am, and as a matter of fact, I'm going to hang up on you again right now because I'm in the middle of the lunch rush. Call back after 2" and he himself hung up on me.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I WILL NOT BE BACK!update: I called back after 2 and spoke to CJ. I offered him the opportunity to make reparations for the was I was treated. All I expected was an apology. What I got was a laundry list of excuses for his behavior. A simple "I'm sorry sir" would've sufficed. I also learned that the person I originally spoke to (at least according to CJ) is named Nick and he IS a manager as well. I'm not sure why he didn't identify himself as a manager when I asked to speak to one, but again, that's all it would've taken! Simple communication and courteous customer service is too difficult a concept for these Jimmy John's managers!

Ordered 2 #5 (Vito) sandwiches for lunch. Realized after 1 HOUR of waiting that they still had not arrived... Called the store and was issued an apology. They explained they are short staffed and running behind. It's understandable because they are busy through the COVID crisis. But a courtesy call to inform us of the delay would have been nice. Once the sandwiches finally arrived after and hour and a half of waiting I was treated to another surprise: no capocollo! So I was charged full price for essentially half a sandwich. Called the store and was informed that there is a capocollo shortage. They made no attempt to inform me of this shortage prior to completing my order. They could have let me know and I would have ordered something else or asked them to add extra salami and cheese. They showed no remorse for my situation and informed me there is nothing else they could do. Will never order from this location again.. strongly advise against eating here to anyone.
Not the first time my delivery order was completely messed up. Sandwiches were wrong, and the pregnant lady didn’t get her pickle…?
They ran out of bread when I arrived and told me so which was nice instead of just making me wait. I got an unwich so no big deal but seems like a nice store.
What a joke! Waited for over 45 minutes and still no delivery. Never again!
Ridiculous been waiting for my order for almost an hour still not here placed my order 2 hours in advance to makesure i get it in time . I call them they tell me hopefully will be there soon no sorry or anything this place is trash font waste your time
This JJ’s sucks! They constantly mess up orders and deliver to the wrong address. Today we ordered at 12:30. It was delivered 6 blocks away 3 hours later. WTF?? Run by a bunch of idiots.
