I want to thank Cinaiya for being such a great employee! I go to this location frequently & no matter what the issue is, she is always there to take care of me. She is the go to person & deserves recognition!
Staff very friendly. Donuts stale and hard. Hot chocolate watery.

Maybe instead of putting signage up that "the girls are new" you could budget properly to train your staff and pay them appropriately. Staff who were there (seemingly without management supervision on a labor day weekend Sunday morning- which is really telling about how much management cares) were friendly and attempted or this would be 1 star.They were out of lots of things I asked for and my coffee was coldAlso, did not get my receipt given to me.
