Went in for one cotton candy blizzard and walked out buying half the store! We met the owner and she is so focused on excellent customer outcomes, and you feel it. She knows what her customers favorites are and she tries to anticipate that and it shows. I was so so pleased with our visit today, next time I’m in town I will bypass the two locations closer to our house to head here. Thanks!

Worst ice cream by this lady at this location and she loves arguing , if something is wrong with customer order she won’t do the customer service she will fight back would never recommend to visit this location
All was good ice cream and nice people work there but I tho you are so post to flip over the ice cream before handing it to the costumer, to show the ice cream will not fall out of the cup
I've only been once but I was super happy with the service. I came with about 16 high school kids who were traveling for hockey and there was only one staff. The kids let me go to the front and while you could tell the staff was overwhelmed by the crowd, she took it in stride and was super kind.
Great variety of food. I even got reduced sugar dilly bars. Will be back for more! Employee was very friendly.

I have never written a Google Review before, however after the rude and unacceptable customer service I just experienced, here I am. The girl working at this location seemed bothered and annoyed to serve her customers. As a fellow worker in customer service, I often feel irritated at entitled or unfriendly customers, however not only would I NEVER be anything but friendly back to them, I was more than friendly to this girl. I asked for a dipped cone and was given a twisted cone instead (not dipped, just a mix of chocolate and vanilla). Assuming it was an honest mistake, whenI told her I asked for a dipped cone, she treated me like I was stupid and said that it wasn’t “called” a dipped cone. She then goes “well then you need to pay extra if you want it dipped” in a tone coated with attitude. This was very confusing to me. Because there were other customers in line and I didn’t want to make them wait even longer, I left the location, but I will not be coming back. Someone needs to teach that girl manners or fire her.
The woman who served me treated me as an illiterate. I asked for whip cream on my sundae. She pointed to the sundae list on the board and said only one topping. I said this is a turtle sundae with two toppings.... how does that apply or answer my question,? No it cost more you can't have it its clear.RUDE!!!SO
