This location is brutal! We’ve been multiple times due to the proximity to our house, but basically every time the order is incorrect. We’ve never been able to order shakes because the machine is broken every time. This time I ordered a small number one with cheese and a sprite. No questions were asked by the drive thru attendant and upon arriving home, 5 minutes later, I realized the whopper was made with only cheese and no other toppings, the fries were cold, and the sprite tasted awful. Avoid this location at all costs!
Went to drive thru had a twenty that was ripped Mexican lady named maricel will not take my money told me that she didn't have tape for a 20 so she could not take my money after I had ordered my food had a real nasty attitude I have trouble every time I come to the store with this lady I don't think she like blacks she is very rude and unprofessional
I deliberately went here to do a review as I noticed what seems to be a lot of negative comments. This wasn't the case for me. My experience was excellent. I arrived at 12:04 PM prime lunchtime. There were lots of cars in the parking lot, and 1 car in front of me in the drive-up. I made the common order of 2 Whoppers with Cheese Meals - one with a Diet Coke, and one with a Regular Coke. The Order Taker was polite, I could understand her, she reiterated my order and confirmed that I wanted cheese, told me the price, and asked me to pull up to the 2nd window. The car ahead of me was just receiving their bag so no wait. She took my credit card, the transaction went through fast, gave me my drinks, and my bag immediately. When I got home, it was warm, the fries were crispy, the straws were there, plenty of ketchup and napkins were in the bag and I didn't even ask for it. So I would say this trip is what you would expect a Burger King to be. It is also nice since it has been recently remodeled.
I was very confused when I got there, doors were locked. Lights were off. I was sitting trying to figure out where else to go, I drove passed the other side of the building, I saw ppl in the drive thru. I was there to get the 2 for $5. Deal. I asked for one with everything and extra pickles, one with just ketchup and pickle, one with just mayo and easy onion. ( all with cheese too) the girl at the order line, I had to tell her multiple times what the order was. Got home, no just mayo and onion.... it had everything on it. Wiping stuff off, just didn't work. Very disappointing ? one more thing, there was no notice on the door saying that the drive thru was open.
The hours are a bit off... However, every time Im there the service is great. I get my food in a timely manner and my order is always correct. One employee in particular, Gaby, is always in a great mood and very polite.
Ordered a whopper with NO TOMATO, HEAVY ONION, EASY MAYO, EASY KETCHUP AND GOT A REGULAR WHOPPER. WHAT'S HAPPENED TO THESE PLACES THAT YOU CAN'T GET WHAT YOU ORDER ANYMORE. I EVEN REPEATED MYSELF TWICE AND SAID PLEASE TWICE. NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.MCDONALD'S HAS NEVER FAILED ME!!!!
Hours of operation are very random. 8 out of 10 it’ll be closed. They don’t have items shown on their menu. But my biggest problem is they don’t accept card majority of time. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend such place.
Terrible you need to change your hours online bcuz I think it is stupid to be closed @ 7pm . Well your missing out . So I went to the B urger King on Kingery Hwy probably a mile from your establishment and there is about 10 cars in line @ the drive thru .
This is the worst Burger King ever. The shake machine is always “broken,” but the Geist is employee attitude. Rude. Go somewhere else.
