Bishop's chili has the best chili around. The staff is friendly and efficient, it was a day when the bar was full but they still came to our table and were so welcoming to my family. We loved the food and the lemonade. It's been our family favorite for years. If you haven't tried it - you're missing out so go get some Chili Mac. Thank you!
Heard raving reviews about this place so we decided to try it out. Not sure what the big deal is. Chili is watery, bland, and loaded with oily ground beef. It's not terrible, it's much better than awful fair/carnival chili, but I can make better chili at home. Adding some stew meat cuts instead of the ground beef would go a long way. Maybe it's a nostalgia thing?
Classic chili. It's been around forever and the reason is that's it's simply a great recipe. Hot dogs, polish sausage and brats. Simple but fantastic menu. Small bar with some tables along the sides of the room. Nice quick service.
Really good chili. Reminds me of the good old fashioned stuff. Balanced spices with a smooth mild but flavorful taste They have maintained their quality over the years. Just a reminder, cash only establishment.

Some old school chili, I used to go to the original on Damen ave when I was a kid I went to the one in Forest Park too and have been to the one in Westmount numerous times it brings back my chilhood with great chili glad there still around. Hope to be in the area again soon

I grew up eating this chili! It was a favorite spot for my father and me, I loved going here with him and as I have grown older I take my friends or get carry out and share with them. Nothing beats this chili, it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. Wish I could steal the recipe ! ?
