We ordered a large delivery of wings for the work place and multiple items were missing. We called several times, on hold for roughly 15 minutes a piece each time without answer. When we finally did get an answer, we told the person about the missing items and the response was “you can pick up the missing items or receive a refund” (mind you this was a delivery). We agreed on the refund, the clerk then said he would need to call his manager and would call us back. Over two hours passed without a call from the clerk regarding our refund. As before, we tried multiple times to contact the store and there was no answer. The line rang for over fifteen minutes without anyone picking up. We will not be ordering from this location again. It was the equivalent to thawing Tyson nuggets.
The manager is always on point with the food, he understands how people want their food, I love my order every time, but only if the manager is there
If I can do a "0" rating to them, I would! They are horrible people. My son bought a bunch of food thru their app and they ripped him off! Took his money and he never got his order or refunded back. When we called them they kept hanging up on us. I recommend going to another place. They are deceiving!!
Was put on hold for 30 min. and then was hung up on. I stayed on the phone until I drove to the store to find out that they weren’t busy at all. Finally ordered and got my food. No ranch, no napkins and the wings tasted like garbage. Who hired you these people?
I would give it 5 stars although food is decent, the first time i ordered they did not include my ranch, 3rd time a whole order of fries, to contact them online is almost impossible, fyi check your order completely before you leave the restaurant, one mistake okay but when it keeps happening then it's a problem.
Staff is very rude, and slow. Waiting almost an hour for chicken is horrible! No apologies they just expect you to wait and be happy they even worked at all.
This place is filthy. The sofa station has flies. I went in at 11:15 they open at 11 am. It was stickiness all over the sofa area, there is visible dirt and build up on the sofa machine. The glass door is filthy. The fries were over fried in old grease. I threw $18 worth of food out because I was disgusting.
Food was horrible order didn’t come out to what i ordered, placed the order over the phone got there 30 minutes later and food still wasn’t don’t had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I got home and it’s like they just gave me anything workers had poor communication skills and didn’t care about order. I will not be returning there they actually need to shut this location down everything about it disgusting
I gave ***** because of the young lady Anijah went the extra mile to properly serve me as a customer. I door dash and the other young lady was too busy licking wing sauce off her fingers lol. The bag had grease leaking through and I asked if she had a plastic bag. She said no and continued to eat. But there is still some good customer service in the world!Thanks Anijah!
Come for the wings but stay for Miss Smith she was so pleasant and helpful a real Delight. I had the lemon pepper wings awesome???
