Came here to eat wings and got sat down and waited A Whole 30 mins before they told me they ran out of “ wings “ and on top of this they made us pay for our sodas after waiting for 30 mins seriously? Don’t come here worst place ever to come eat they aren’t even professional on top of this they deserve no one’s business.
This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. The food was gross, the atmosphere was loud and obnoxious, the price was horrendous.We had one of the only waitresses that could not speak English. We had to ask for utensils, the food was bland and half the order was made incorrectly. The drinks are in tiny plastic cups but getting a refill was next to impossible. A lot of the items that are shown online are not actually available.There was one younger girl who was running around trying to help everyone to fix all the problems, and she was great. However, she was doing so much for everyone that she could not do it all.I would only visit this place if you feel like your day is way too good to be true and you need to add some disappointment to balance things out.
Amazing service and even better food. They just might have the best cheese curds on the planet.
This is my second visit here the first being maybe over a year ago so I wanted to give them another shot. I was so disappointed in the tacos. They didn’t have any flavor nor did the rice and beans. The drinks were ok. The staff were very friendly.
The food and staff are always on point! The wings though!!! ? The drinks are fire too! I love the fact that the staff remembers us when we go in! They are so personable, I love that!
Very disappointed. Food looked nothing like the pictures... Nothing seemed fresh, not even the lettuce. The burger had fatty bacon, burnt buns, and patty tasted freezer burned.I saw all the good reviews and the pics looked mouth watering... Nope!The place itself had a great atmosphere, and pleasant staff. Maybe the cook was having a rough day.
This Bar and Grill Is One Of The Best We Have Here In Waukegan, IL. It Offers A Great Variety Of Domestic and Imported Beers, As Well As Some Great Mixed Drinks. The Burgers and Wings Are Absolutely Delicious. The Staff Is Friendly and Attentive. So I Recommend Everyone To Stop By Wild West Grill and Have A Great Time!
