We had very hot food and the service was great! Much better service then what we received at the Zion Wendy's. The cashier was quick and very nice at this Waukegan Wendy's. Zions crew was not friendly and acted strange.

Itsa a very busy location but they do their best to get you through the line rather quickly. Food and service is great would definitely recommend and return.
I don't often go to this Wendy's, but when I do they always make my food fresh. All I can say is that I definitely recommend it.
i was short on time this afternoon and luckily the service was quick and the staff was nice. p.s. Jada was very consistent in her effort to help me with my order in the short amount of time i had and the food still came out fresh and warm!
Pressured into ordering, was asked for here or Togo and I said for here and even said on ticket but got it to go. No ketchup and even told someone, no napkins, went to go sit but tables were dirty, floors were dirty plus this was a remodeled place. Would have been beautiful if it was cleaned!! I may or may not go back! Popeyes down the road lost my business after 3 failed attempts. Do I want to do that again!?
Dont go on a sunday afternoon. Terrible. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals-the only good thing of whole order. Taco salad with old dry chilie and no sour cream and 2 kids meals with no straws for juices with hard buns 10 piecechicken nugget--only got 8 Nd no sauce. Sour cream and chive potatoe with no sourcream soda with no straw. Just terrible
Hair in my chili.. I just asked my dad to go get me and my sister some food and I was eating a cup of chilli. I scooped up chilli from the bottom and found a small red curly hair No one in my family has short redish or brown hair, we all have long black hair! So I can only assume on of the employees hair fell in my chili. I still like the food but this grossed me out.
