The dishes are very generous in their portions. I almost couldn't finish the grilled fish.Everything is very well made.The servers are so polite and attentive.The music is always playing, but it's not too loud.The drinks tho!Man o man are they smooth, I got tipsy off one margarita lmaoHighly recommend this if you're in Waukegan IL.
We ordered taco platters, chips, salsa and guacamole for a to go order for my job and everything was amazing. From getting the order just right with Edwin to everything being ready on time and correct! All of our employees said the tacos were amazing and we will definitely order again! Thank you for the delicious food and great service
Food was authentic Mexican cuisine and delicious! Edwin (manager) was awesome and took care of our large group. Server was attentive to our needs! Will definitely go back again and I highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal.

Toluca’s has delicious food and drinks! The servers are all so nice and accommodating. Next time I go, I will definitely be having a margarita because they look amazing. They also give different types of complimentary salsa that is SO GOOD. Seriously, go to Toluca’s already.

Toluca's never disappoints! We came in for private birthday party and the catering and drinks were amazing. Edwin and staff went above and beyond for us and provided excellent service throughout the whole night. Highly recommended for your next event or for the dine in experience!
A lot of variety at good cost. Staff is very professional and the area is super clean. They remodeled the place and it feels like your in Mexico. Oh yeah, don’t forget their drinks too ?. Hands down the best Mexican spot in Waukegan. Highly recommend!!!
Went here with my family for the first time and we all absolutely LOVED it.Drove 1hr just to go here. Their Mexica pizza is phenomenal plus so many more dishes. The service was amazing, very attentive staff.
Great option for Sunday Fun Day! Unlimited tacos and mimosas/micheladas for $30! Great music and authentic Mexican food. We’ll definitely be back!
