I like this particular location. I have typically gotten my food well prepared most times and promptly. The African American young lady who works the drive thru is always friendly.
These employees are not very kind. They did not make mine or my emotional support lizards meal correctly. We were very upset. First they deny my standard government surveillance pigeons and now they offend my lizard. Me and my babies have been coming to this location for eons upon eons. No longer.
I’ve been coming here since little and it always has great customer service and food but today customer service was horrible. maybe just bad luck. Drive thru lady was being rude and gave us an attitude when we asked a simple question expecting us to know. We took our money elsewhere. Told my family what happened and they said they have had the same experience in the past.
Honestly I'm not big on Taco Bell but they got my order right and made some helpful suggestions. I was getting the Dorito Taco. Love it!
Food was fresh and very tasty. Didn't wait long in line and it was economic... got a bunch of food for $10.
I went to taco bell today and it was just as good today I believe the store manager name is manny very good guy even thought they short ne a taco its all good the attitudes of employees is a 5 star compared to to what it use to be
Poorly run taco bell. Doesn't open on time. Sat in the Drive-Thru , had to pull through until they saw me at the window. Also gave me a lunch crunchwrap at breakfast time. This was over three stops.
New hires are awesome and not robots. I wanted something "spicy" and the associat suggested adding chipolte sauce. She was right! Hit the spit.
Manuel, the general manager greeted us with a smile and gave us a warm welcome. The restaurant alone was the CLEANEST I have seen in many years! Wonderful customer service from the staff; they treat you as if you were guests in their home. They got our modified order perfect! Mind you, every other location we have been to, they messed up our oder. But this place takes the care and time to get it right! I will definitely be bringing my family back to this location! Thank you Taco Bell staff for making this the best location around!!Ps: I was a manager with Taco Bell many moons ago, and I am very pleased with this one! Seriously the BEST one I have been to in a very long time.
I dont eat red meat and this place is always giving me beef when I always ask for chicken. Never fails... They always get my order wrong. Since it was late I didn't want to make the drive to the one in York house... I knew they were just gonna get my order wrong but I wanted to give them a chance.. super fail. I have been calling the store to get a refund or a replacement but no answer. Kya A took my order and she got it ALL wrong. Receipt was right but the actual food was all beef non was chicken.
