They rarely have my favorite soup, broccoli cheddar cheese soup. When I got the soup the ONE TIME they had it, it wasn't hot!! Hell, it wasn't even warm!! Definitely disappointed with the soup situation. Other than that, their subs are alright.
Lacks choices of chips, has options of wraps but only carries white. Not fully stocked on toppings. 1st & last time I will eat at this location.
I purchased a 6” tuna sub and a steak and cheese wrap for $16.62. In the past, the wrap was full of meat and other ingredients; however, this time it was horribly made. The wrap hardly had any meat or the extra ingredients I asked for in it. After this poor experience, I have chosen to not patronize this restaurant again and will share my experience with others. The girl who made my sandwich seemed like she had no clue what she was doing or hour to make a sandwich. My order is simple too but she managed to screw it up somehow. At the end I asked for mayo and honey mustard and she put like barely any mayo, looked at me and asked what else I wanted. Like she couldn’t get more mayo out and just left it like that. There’s mayo in one part of my sandwich. And she asked if I wanted it cut, I said yea ofc. And she cuts it not in the middle but on one side of it. So now my sandwich is cut in like one 3 inch piece and one 9 inch. How are you gonna work at a subway and not know how to cut a sandwich in half
Not the best place for a subway sandwich. Better places in waukegan.
I would give zero stars ? bad experience, the old guy is so rude and yelling at customers.
2 people in front of me.... took about 20 minutes to get my sub. The old guy asked me 4 times what i was having. And he still made it wrong...smh. Do yourself a favor and go to the Lewis location.
If I could give less stars, I would. I ordered a Mozza Meat, and there was NO mozzarella and no Artesian bread. The Sprite NEVER has syrup and always tastes like carbonated water. This happens every time. This will be the last time I go there. I definitely would NOT recommend.
Employee are so rude. Tried to order my sandwich and they started yelling at me. Other customers were looking and had me embarrassed. Was trying to be patient with them but whatever anger that had in them they brought it up to me. When I finished my order they just tossed the sandwich at my. NEVER AGAIN. #flop
