I went with my boyfriend to get ourselves some subway and he always orders for me, as I was telling him what other things to ask for on my sandwich, the bogus worker says “I can hear you” all rudely, like okay? If I want my boyfriend to order for me then he will ?.
Manager lady with the nasty attitude and dark eyebrows was slamming things in the back and belittling the worker due to something being prepped wrong. Constantly gave dirty looks and the worker was very unmotivated
Outside waiting for the employee open at 10:15 when the sign said [email protected] well walk to the restaurant asking for salad surprise she said with don't servings salads ??? Well is supposedly place for salads well asking for wrap she was not really prepared with tools for serving ? Need more better customer services training
This subway is bogus sign says open til 9pm they closed at 7pm wow bogus. Don't eat here. Ordered online never got my food. Refund and complaint to corporate definitely
This place is so unprofessional. I got their at 8:55 which is five minutes before they open, and their employee was barely pulling into the parking lot. So I walk in and she tells me that she needs 10 minutes to turn on and get the register system up and running. Ok so I come back 10 minutes later and it’s still not working, she asked me what I wanted as she got her food prep station ready. I guess the toaster oven wasn’t ready either so we waited on that also. Finally she makes my sandwich, in total I spent 30 minutes in there because your employee clocks in 3 minutes before you open knowing she needs time to be ready to serve people once you open. Plus since when is it okay to have a baby in the back? This lady had her two year old son sitting by the register. Also their coupon scanner wasn’t working that day and they had a sign saying they weren’t accepting coupons for the time being, how convenient. I wonder how long it’s been “broken”. Very unprofessional all around, no wonder so many subways locations are dropping like dead flies.
Not Good cervice , Only one Employe worck in side and 20 minutes waiting for one sandwich , sandwich Making also not good????
Like subway for their freshness.. The location was clean. The staff not very friendly. I think a lot has ti do with the owner. I know here in waukegan the same owner has multiple locations and they are not very friendly. I didn't like the fact that when I asked for extra Sriracha sauce the employee Saud they were almost out. Like that was my problem and I shouldn't ask for extra..Just a gripe!!

Sandwich was food, however they didn't ask me if I wanted my bread heated and I forgot to ask them.
