5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??
Not my favorite but by far not the worst
Bad actitud , bad service, bad all. I asked the saleswoman to make a matcha Frappuccino again because she didn't make it as I originally asked and she did make it wrong again. unfortunate there is no matcha tea in any starbucks near me for a week, I buy it daily and only found it here, but the treatment of the saleswoman was terrible, her answers were very rude and it is seen that she does not like her job What's more, what he sold me was terrible. Low service, not stocked enough, cleaning needs better training.
The young lady that helped me was amazing! It was just her at the time, maybe 5pm. The area was not the cleanest, but she was great, she was efficient and very cheerful. No tables were out, perhaps for covid reasons. So it's a "take out" really. Not a big fan of going in to get a coffee but I would go back forsure just because of the customer service I received.
This Place Has A Cup Of Coffee For Everyone. Oh And Make Sure You Try Thier Delicious Food and Pastries.
