drive through was packed so we parked in their hotel lot behind it and went in.. service was a breeze, places to sit and staff was awesome! hat trick!
I do not know why I still come here other than its the closest Starbucks to my house. Every time I order an iced black tea lemonade I get a black tea with no lemonade. I feel like it shouldn't be this hard to pour premade tea and premade lemonade into a cup with ice, I don't even need for you to shake it, I just need the correct ingredients at this point.
Short girl with the heavily make-uped huge round face was cracking jokes w/coworkers instead of taking my order at the drive through. How do I know? That mic wasn’t muted and I could hear everything. After rushing me she proceeded to laugh in my face for no apparent reason at the window when paying. Horrible service.
I love this location in Waukegan they are always nice and have fast service no matter if you go in or drive thru.
I understand that a majority of their business, these days, are drive through, but if the service inside slow, why keep the cafe portion open? I went in for a tall black coffee, many employees working the window orders and one person taking inside orders. Once she came out to take my order they had run out of brewed coffee and was asked to wait for her to brew more. I would stick to drive thru business only if I were this company and close the store part. I'll go somewhere else.
Disappointed that this country has allowed for this poorly managed company to monopolize the coffee shop industry and produce poorly trained teenagers working there. Starbucks should follow the customer service to the likeness of Culver’s, but since no one stands up to them Starbucks could care less how their staff treat customers. Plug and chug away!
I usually have a good expierence but sesi told me there was no croissants but she forgot to shut off her headset and said there is but i don’t want to go look.. so thanks for that..
Very friendly staff at this location. They always get my order perfect. It can get really busy and jammed packed. I find this parking lot to be very hard to enter and exit at times.?
Alex is an awesome employee. Hands down the best experience I've had at Starbucks. She gave me recommendations on my drink and pairings for food. Amazing
I don’t actually drink coffee, haha. I love this Starbucks because they’re always ridiculously kind and warm to my dogs. Aside from using this location as a workspace occasionally when I get tired of my desk at home, the #1 reason I come here is for the pup cups. It’s really nice to have an excuse to bring my dogs on a car ride :)
