Amazing service during the week, weekend not so much. Why give me a whole speech on how i shouldn't do mobile orders before arriving when I have to wait forever in line anyways for my stuff to be done? Makes no sense
Slow drive through, got out of line. Went inside, waited over 15 minutes for an iced coffee, while drive through kept moving. Needs faster staffing or more.
This is a good Starbucks. They had the seasonal cake pop which was the unicorn flavor for the summer. They also made the pink drink right. Good job workers on 6/12 around 7 pm drive thru workers.
Had new kid working there got my whole order wrong didn't add my other drink cuz he confused himself out by speaking both languages Spanish & English. Plus he was ignoring me went I was asking to get my received. Never ever ordering inside the store.

Not a happy camper yesterday first my daughter wanted a kiwi star fruit refresher they didn’t have kiwi so we got her a dragon fruit refresher I wanted a Java chip frappe well they didn’t have whip cream then as I started drinking it I realize no chocolate chips. This was by far my worst experience. I usually go to the Starbucks at fountain square they always do a great job. I don’t recommend this store and will never go back.
This guy at Starbucks Asian dude just skip me and went to ask another lady for her order. While I was in line no respect what so ever. Asking if I was there before her. Where in line that means you follow the rule as well.
I received a ceramic int, thermo mug from my husband for Christmas and noticed 2 cracks inside the mug. I went to the store today to exchange the mug and the shift manager said without a receipt, she couldn't help me. All I wanted to do is exchange, no refund. The manager was rude and made me feel embarrassed for asking. I thought I would not have a problem since Starbucks customer service is generally pretty good and our family is always there. Retail stores will do an exchange or store credit without a receipt. Icky!
