The food and service have always been excellent but of late ( most of 2022) wait timeshave been really long. We went on three different weekends and waited in the drive through for. 25 min. 32 min and 27 min. Not sure what's going on.
Delicious food. Whoever does the drive thru orders listens well and asks clarifying questions. So much variety of ice cream, too.
The line outside was long and it took a while to order. I ordered a funnel cake and it was small and disappointing. It was fried too long making the bite taste like I was eating crackling.
Seems like a nice place, I asked about ingredients and they had no idea. I don't expect every place to offer gluten free but I guess I would expect they would know the ingredients of their products or have the labels to look at. So if you don't have restrictions check it out the prices are good.
I just came from shirts and this young name Marisol made my banana split with a brown for the first time because someone no longer work there she took the challenge and it was fire the best I ever had I owe her a tip
One and only visit here. Service was friendly but the Italian ice was so old and freezer burned it didn't make since to serve. Cost too much to get poor quality.
Lately I have avoided drive-throughs. There is typically a mistake and then a struggle to get resolution. More and more employees seem in different to customer service. But I took a chance last night and hit up the Shirls drive through. Thank you for giving me what I ordered and being nice about it! The employees were polite and customer service oriented. Such a breath of fresh air! The food was perfect and delicious. Best Reuben sandwich I’ve had in a while. They have a good team here
Customer Service is Phenomenal. Would recommend coming here again. The Grub sandwich here is amazing and the homemade chili is amazing. I also got to try out their Polo Blast? (Idk if I wrote that right) but it’s delicious
I must say the food is good, but service is horrible. I ordered thru Grubhub and my order was short. Th e manager at Shirls was very rude and tried to tell me my order was something else when I read my receipt toHim. He was gonna credit me for another time. I told him I was ordering now not some other time. He hung up on me. He did call me back and brought what I was short but I had to go through to get this is not worth it. I will never order from them again. To many other places to give my money to and give you better customer service.
EXTREME workers!!!!!! Only saw 4 crew members working hours on a busy holiday night!!!. They kept the line moving fairly quickly. Props to the crew members.
