Very quick on having my order ready everything very fresh
Tried Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Waukegan and overall we liked it. The order/payment process seemed like it needed some work. We had to repeat our order to 3 different people before we could pay. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. They did have several vegetarian options to pick from as well.
Went through the drive thru n ordered 2 sandwiches. Got our toppings switched up.So why 5 stars still?Called them back and explained what happened. Told us to come back and get new sandwiches. Did so and got both new sandwiches for free as well as 2 free shakes! It was obviously just a mistake, and apologized for it, THEN some. Thank you for providing very awesome customer satisfaction!!
Bad service. The guy that gave me my online order was tossing around my food and shoving it in the bag. Then was completely rude as he handed it to me!
The lady associate there charged me extra 10 dollars. And then i had to ask for refund atleast 2/3 times to get her attention or an apology. And then i get home and realized that she had messed up my order as well. I had asked Mediterenean Sandwich with chicken she had it without chicken. Thank you to this potbelly location for such an experience so i know not to go to this location again and ask my friends and family to do the same.Note to owner/manager: 1. Please coach your employees to handle these situations better.2. Please teach them somehow try not to mess up people's order and listen carefully

I loveeeee this place! My coworker and I tend to buy lunch from here a lot and their food never fails. Mac and cheese is a must try and the sandwiches are mouth watering good. Kailey is such a sweetheart, they didn't have sweet tea but gave she me an even better option that I didn't even know they had.
Always made fresh and flavorful. Great customer service experience.
