They ladies room was filthy,the floor was slippery due to grease. Went through the drive thru. The guy was nice but they take one order then fill it and then take the next and so on. I told him of the ladies room and he replied he doesn't know when it was cleaned last besides himself on his last shift.
Spent almost $40 and there are no condiments, the biscuits are hard as a rock, and we are missing sides! My family is here on vacation and wanted something tasty to eat before going to the Amusement Park and you have disappointed! Your customer service needs work too! You have lost my business for good!
Worst Popeyes I’ve ever had. I only gave them one star cause I couldn’t do zero. Absolutely disgusting.
Is there a way to give 0 stars? This is THE. WORST. POPEYE’s. FRANCHISE. Order from literally any other Popeye’s restaurant - the longer drive will be worth it. We have ordered from the restaurant on Lewis Ave. via the mobile app since moving to the area on five different occasions. The first four times, we received none of our orders correctly. In fact 3 of the times we received what was obviously someone else’s order. One other time the sides were not correct - close, but not what we ordered. This last time, we never received our order. The restaurant would not answer their phone (a sign they know they mess everything up) and when I drove to the store, they told me they could not help nor could they give me my $60+ in food. Ridiculous. Awful service. I will never order from here again. When I called corporate office I was literally asked if (1) I was sure I didn’t receive food - umm…I am hungry and angry. Yep. Pretty, sure. - and (2) asked why DoorDash would say it was delivered when it wasn’t. When I offered the operator the DoorDasher’s info for her to ask him where our food was, she stopped asking me such questions. So frustrated. And still hungry.
Very picky about my food. I got the (#5) 1/4 shrimp and 2 chicken tenders. They were out of French fries for the side, so got a mashed potato. That part was good, the shrimp was ok, but you could tell they've been sitting a while, and the chicken tenders were really bad and tasted really old. DISAPPOINTING!! And it was the 1st time at a popeyes!!!
Good food, I got everything I ordered. Customer service could be better.
Liked I there. Really clean and bright colors. Lines are short most of the time. Staff are nice chicken was fresh as well with he biscuits. No complaints. Recommend
Horrible WOREST POPEYES I'VE EVER HAD!!! I ordered the Surf and Turf they gave me old shrimp so i asked for fresh shrimp they refried the same shrimp. Moral of the story GO TO NORTH CHICAGO!!!!
The food is nasty the whole place is dirty and nasty. The food was cold and I payed 10 dollars for it to go in the garbage because it was old and cold food. They need to shut down
The rice on the red beans was crunchy and hard, not cooked all the way. The chicken and other side was good.
