I placed my order online at 3pm to be picked up at 4. Pulled into the drive thru at 4 and was told it wasn't ready yet and to park and they would bring it out to me. So I sat outside for 30 mins before going inside to find out what was going on. Upon entry a lady had just placed her order and another one was placing an order. The young lady who told me the order wasnt ready yet at the beginning saw me and went to the back. Now anther 20 mins goes by and the lady who had placed her order when I was walking in was getting her pizza. I asked the guy behind the counter about my order and he went to check and they said it had been ready for over 40 mins. I asked why didn't anyone tell me especially since the original employee I spoke with at the beginning saw me several times. They handed me my pizza with no apology or have a great evening. Worst experience ever.
We ordered 30 min to close and the girls working were very nice, and the food was hot and fresh.
Pizza Hut owner. Your response to the quality and false representation is more insulting then my awful experience with your business. Absolutely unacceptable
The service was horrible they made me wait There for nearly an hour until they finally asked me for my order and turns out they already had it but and then they say it was canceled when I clearly never canceled it
WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! Opened a "SEALED BOX" and this is what I get!!! Took it back and the UNPROFESSIONAL manager tried to insinuate that I put it in the box. Was laughing and joking about it when I first walked into the restaurant with the other employees.
BE AWARE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE PAYING YOUR ORDER OVER THE PHONE, I GIVE THEM ALL THE INFORMATION OF MY CARD OVER THE PHONE AND THE AMOUNT OF THE ORDER WAS TAKING OUT MY ACCOUNT A MINUTE LATER THE LADY CALL ME BACK THAT I STILL OWE THE BALANCE AND NEED TO PAID AGAIN I WAS LIKE YOU GUYS ALREADY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER AND CHARGE AGAIN IS BEEN 3 DAYS AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. THIS WAS VERY SKETCHY
Ordered for family staying in local hotel for sporting event. Driver had trouble getting up to the room. He finally got up and found the room number... in the wrong hotel. Called and on hold for almost 10 minutes...hung up and called back... yeah... a 2 liter of pop on the house. 90 minutes...Above and beyond is dead. Ok...ugh...
Very sad business I can't believe that they can be permitted to have the pizza hut name worst ever. Order large pizza and bread sticks and wings never received part of my order.. witch was 50$ when I called for the rest of my order I was redirect to a different line then hung up on 5 times. I'm still trying to reach the 3 days later no luck!!!
I purchase pizza at 7:41pm food was never delivered. paid 70.00. I never order from pizza hut first time and last time. Very disappointed ?. I better get my money ? asap..
The food was great. But my order was incomplete. I ordered 3 sauces I paid for them but when it was delivered they were not included.
