A bit more pricey but a better pizza than the economy brands. If you pay for sauces look to verify you get it. The staff tends to forget to include it during pickup.

My grand children and I were staying at Great Wolf Lodge we are from Indiana. Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas received pizza uncut. Called store and manager Chris he asked for a picture of the uncut pizzas then promised to resend our order never received it . Called the next day and the same manager stated his driver delivered the pizza. Well we never received it. He stated if we wanted the pizza we had to pick it up the original order was for delivery why should we have to come to the store and pick it up. He was very rude and nasty I told him I would be reporting him to papa john’s corporate office he said “good luck figuring out our store number” he then hung up.
Best fast pizza to get. Taste is delicious as always. Delivery takes long when directly from them, deliver using third party instead. Its very cheap
Almost 2 hours waiting for 1 pizza. I call and system says out for delivery will be there in 3 minutes. Been 40 minutes since I last checked. Ordered through papa John app and tracking says delivered. Called again this time I spoke with someone and they said they just handed it to a door dash driver. Worst experience ever for a dam pizza. You lost a customer for life.
We ordered at 7pm. This location delivered the wrong order and then told us they would re-deliver.35 min after that, we called and the evening manager had no idea about it and told us we had to come in and then hung up on us. ?Once we went in, we waited for them to remake it. After 20 min, they made another wrong order ?Finally got a remade order at 8:50pm after waiting 30 min at the Waukegan Location.
I'm so tired of this place, I've never had a papa John's be so consistently bad! I've traveled half of the U.S. and this is by far the worst papa John's out of the dozens I been to this is the worst!! It always over cooked I assume because they have the oven temp up to high, or they are just putting everyone food back thru it halfway for whatever reason. This will be the 3rd time I've contacted corporate in 3 months
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We didn't get our whole order delivered and when we called the store, met with swearing on the phone, telling us to come pick up the rest of our delivery order and then hung up on. Terrible!
Literally garbage. They take forever to do absolutely anything. In store and ordering online. let alone the store is filthy, been ordering online but after going in the store and seeing the filth. I’ll pass. Weren’t even busy and they still are very slow. I’m understanding but when I get attitude from even the manager, it ridiculous. They need a readjustment immediately.
Very friendly and helpful staff despite frequent mistakes.These guys make pizza very well, and the manager there is great at solving any issues as long as you call them. The most frequent problem I've had is ordering a pizza and getting a size smaller than what I ordered. But they are very friendly and fix it for me without any attitude!
