I’ll just say this: stop hiring teenagers who would rather be laying on their couch than serving people food. Some girl mumbles through the speaker at the drive thru asking what I want I reply with teriyaki chicken with the sauce on top and on the side. I pull up to the window and the guy just stares at me almost as if he’s waiting for me to jump through the window and swipe my own card. He hands me the bag and immediately closes the door. Refer to the picture to see what I got. No fork. No napkins. No fortune cookie. No sauce on the side. No sauce on the chicken. What I did get: a massive headache.
The young women names Jaz/Jazzy, she was very nice and super hooked my man and I up on the food ?? and the older guy seen that are table was dirty so even though he was on break, he got up and grabbed a rag and cleaned out table and every other table! ? That is great customer service ??
Usual Panda Express food. Decent customer service. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Mostly in the seating area and fountain drink section.
These guys are awesome! The food is awesome. Everything is good! The only issue I have is that they don't have any milk or other things to drink that are healthier and better desserts.
this place is absolutely disgusting. I saw what it appeared to be rats. If there was a rating of negative trust me i would rate it at that. The manager alex was absolutely no help. I would rather waste more gas heading somewhere else then here.
Service is always slow. Employees’ get overwhelmed too easily and makes the line go even slower. Order pick is never ready when is time to pick up. I wait the same amount of time if I was there to order. What’s the point of order pick then.
This line of Chinese food restaurants usually have a good taste. Most of the meals are appetizing in here have a good service, clean area but need a faster service in drive thru orders because always is a big line to wait for and maybe the only way to get your meals faster is to do online order and pick up outdoor. ????????????????My family love Panda express specially KunPao Chicken. Orange Chicken, 1/2 side of vegetables and 1/2 of Noodles??? ??? nice to see employees wearing facemasks to keep food and everybody safe??
You're lucky if they have their drive thru open. Food is still good.
At 9:03, I tried to place an order in the drive thur and the employee was talking fast to the point we had to literally keep repeating our order. Once we finally got her to understand the order correctly. She responded by saying “Ugh” loud and clear to the point we didn’t want our food anymore. As a customer, that was very rude and disrespectful of her. Smh…. The quality of Panda Express has gone down! Will not return ????
Food taste great but the only problem is their portion we pay to get good portions.
