The food was disgusting! It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone and then found out that it is cash only. I understand why...their food was BLAH YUCK!
Great food, good prices. BUT... THEY'VE MADE THEIR EGG ROLLS HALF THE SIZE THEY WERE! WTH?

Moved to beach park a few years ago and found this lovely little gem. Options are limited in our small town for food and basically anything but Ming Toy is spot on with their market.Will return and will always say good things about Ming Toy.
This restaurant has been here since I was a kid and the food has stayed the same since then their egg rolls are amazing and I usually eat chicken cashew nuts or Mongolian beef and they both are delicious and anytime I am in Waukegan I will stop there just for the egg rolls

I am solely giving them 4 stars based on their shrimp ONLY! I do not like their shrimp, vegetable or chicken fried rice, the rice is too dry. I do not care for their egg roles either, but the shrimp! My goodness, ao good,, crispy outside,, tender inside. Its my fav, that's all I buy from Ming Toy! Make sure u bring cash they do not accept credit or debit cards which is irritating.
I have never had such terrible sweet and sour chicken in my life. The sauce was brown for some reason, only had red previously any place I went. I also got chicken fried rice and could not see any chicken in the rice. This was definitely a one and done.
Very fast service. At the moment, only option it take out.
