Great Pizza! Call your order in!!! Don’t come and wait it’s a house converted to a pizza place. Price was amazing $12 for a large with 3 topping. Get you pizza and go to the hotel wait for morning to see my new sailor graduation from boot camp
The food is fine but the employees are rude and slow. One time they said my pizza would be here in an hour and 3 hours later they showed up. The staff also has issues keeping track of those who prepay on line and they have attempted to double charge me twice. Also they have a habit of leaving food under lamps for a very long time resulting in extra crispy crust.
Pizza was burnt and cold by the time it got delivered. The manager is rude not good customer service. Won’t be spending my money here again.
The place has a staple in Waukegan as one of the best pizzas in town. I love this pizza. The problem is that it is always extremely busy. I always add 10-15 minutes to the pickup time, so I don’t have to wait at mikes.But delicious for sure!!!
Mikes is a well known establishment in the community. However the customer service is a hit or miss at times. The pizza is always tasty that's what keeps them in business ? The wait time can be extremely long especially on peak days and hours so just plan to wait a while during high volume days.
Decided tho give this place a shot me being new to the area and all. Ordered a large and small pizza with 3 cherry drinks. Was originally quoted an hour for delivery. Pizza arrived 1.5 hours later, cold & soggy. I received one cherry drink and 2 Pepsi’s. Overall would not recommend.
I grew up loving Mike's pizza and tried to give my kids the same experience. I hope if you order from them you are 100% sure that you want to order from them, because my daughter has been trying to get a refund from them for 2hrs. After CONSTANTLY hanging up on her and I myself having to call them. They can't explain how to get a refund when placing an order online. If your employees don't know how to work an option that is given to your customers online then that shouldn't be an option.
I ordered last night got told within an hour and 3 hours passed and my pizza never got delivered this is why ill rather pay in person than on phone if not it would’ve been lost order. Either they are super late with the food or u never get it.
ordered a pizza at 4 pm for pick up at 5.30. got there at 5.30 and waited 15 mins to be told it wasn't ready for another 30 min. 2 hours for 1 pizza. rude service on top of that. i polity canceled my order and the lady threw my credit card at me like I was in the wrong.
Guarantee delivery will take AT THE LEAST 3 HOURS! Sometimes they're super rude also. They don't answer nicely and they just hang up without saying bye. Really need better training on manners. Pizza is good n reasonably priced though. Just call 3 hours ahead of when you want it.
