If you go past 9 everyday they only accept cash. Gotta be better than that can’t hire these type of lazy people.
They have stolen my Uber eats order multiple times. I order late at night and then they "close" for breakfast. They could just hand my food through the window instead of lying about never having the order as if the online ordering doesn't have up to date time

I placed my order through mobile application and when asked if I wanted to pick it up drive thru or inside restaurant, I picked inside.My son went to get our order and their door was locked already, so I stayed in the line to be able to pick-up through the drive thru. When I got to the ordering screen, a guy said they could only take cash and I told him I had already placed my order on the mobile application. He asked for my order number, but for some reason the order number did not come up, but I checked my email and the purchase went through, so I told him I had no number and he said that he did not have my order and he didn't even ask me to pull up to the window. I told him my order went through and again he said he had no order for me and again he did not offer for me to come up to the window.I told him I had my proof of purchase on my phone and asked him if I could come up to the window with my proof of purchase and after making me wait a couple of minutes, he came back and asked me to come to the window and magically he had my order.It is ridiculous going to that McDonald's at night, my wait was about 29 minutes or so. They either don't have many people working or they have all these young kids working that are not trained properly (not the young kids fault).A couple of times we've come by at night and have been told they only have chicken sandwiches
Closes early even though it's 24 hours stop taking credit card around 12 cash only beverages are always flat if you want good service and food go in morning not at night when the bumbs are working
The manager is a terrible human. she is always rude and screaming at her employees, always has a btch face. not a terrible but disgusting human being.
The location at 1939 N Lewis Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085 was terrible. First the inside is closed due to construction, there's only one lane for drive thru, very long lines, very slow service and LIKE WARM/COLD FOOD. we waited over 30 minutes to get served in Sunday afternoon (no wonder why several people drove off)
Sat in line at the drive-through and when I ordered a triple cheeseburger I was told they were “only serving chicken nuggets and drinks” around 3:00. I clarified “So no burgers?” and was told no. I was so confused I just left and went to Wendy’s next door. The car behind me must’ve been told the same thing because I saw them pull right out of the drive-through line without ordering. I called them and asked, after the fact, and was told “We’ve been serving the full-fledged menu all day” Lost my McBusiness. Probably some kid pulling some prank I’m sure. BAD for business, check your employees.
