This is the 2nd time I came to get food for the family & my 1st location was on Belvidere which they as well had a problem 1st time & now sign up that said closed so I drove to Lweis & last week Theresa's a water problem& would have had to wait 30 minutes item or so, now here on a Sunday 8 & a sign up that says online orders only. Really? This is supposed to Bea fast & ready service.what is going on & charging more to? For what? So I ended up ordering on line and it said a 30 minute wait. NEXT time it will be frozen pizza inthat case. Not worth the dr8ve & time
Ordered online, there was a wait time to be expected on a Sunday plus there’s a shortage of employees EVERYWHERE. Pizza was fresh and good! So was the crazy bread.
I remember when I can walk in here and order some hot n ready food. Sadly that's no longer the case here. 35 min wait for hot n ready pizza and no breadsticks at all to go with the order. So sad how far this location has fallen from speed of service.
Waited a hour and a half for a over covered nasty a$$ pizza. This was my first time to this location and I will never Come back. Hope you guys see this message and don't waste your rime or money at this location!!!
This place is run by kids or something. Ordered online and they are always 30 mins late from the latest time they are suppose to be ready. What's the point of even ordering online then? Seriously get your stuff together.
I tried calling to order but they told me the sytem is down. I'm not really sure how that works but it can't be good if the whole reason I'm calling the business to order food is unable to order food. How?
Avoid at all costs! NotWorth your time and money! Terribly managed and you will end up eating cold pizza you waited for you… Yes you read that right. Not even sure how that is possible.
Man, this is the 3rd time I've been disappointed by this Lil Caesars location. I'm not knocking the pizza itself, but maybe I just went at the wrong times and got a bad pizza. This pizza did not seem fresh at all and was poorly made. Needless to say, after I settle this order I got today, I'm done with Lil Caesars.
I was on hold for 25 mins. When I arrived I asked if their phone worked (I'm still on hold). I was told, "We've been busy". What I saw when I walked in was 1 person waiting for their order & another waiting to order. If you can't multitask then find another job. There is absolutely no reason for no one to not answer to say "please hold". I can't use the app because it doesn't allow you to order a specialty pizza unless it's their specialty pizza. This was my 1st time & last time getting pizza from this location.
Order on the app and still have to wait over 35 minutes for one pizza.
