To start off… there’s no way to start off from. Service is terrible. Hour long wait for simply 2 pizzas. That should already be in the “Hot n Ready” section. Never seen so many angry customers at once!!! Only option they gave is “wait” or “money back”. Next we got cussing in the back. Yelling cus words all over the kitchen. Giving my 2 pizzas to the wrong person. Yelling at each other, closing an hour early!!! Like what type of service is that ??
The reviews are accurate… takes forever to get your order. I tried to place and online order 1/2 hour in advance to avoid the wait but nonetheless, still not ready. The customer service is awful. Real ghetto, real ratchet. I’m sure this location could care less because the reviews obviously hasn’t prompted any change. So sad. Don’t come here.
I ordered online for a specific time 10:45am. The door was locked where i was supposed to have access to the portal. They finally unlocked it & my pizza still was not ready. I seen my order just sitting there so i asked the employee can i just have it & she rudely said “at the counter you will get it.” It was supposed to be in the portal already fyi. It was 11am already. The one on lewis has kinder staff fyi.
Can't even cut the pizza, properly put the toppings on. And the cherry is lying about having only sausages was the best part too.
I got a basic pepperoni in the box of my Ultimate Supreme after waiting an extra 20 minutes for my order.
You can’t pick up online or dash orders that was placed online some days. Either they don’t have enough staff or it’s just too busy. So you forced to wait in an extremely long drive Thru. I gave it 2 stars because while there are good employees but it’s bad management with customer orders. Wait time is just terrible with online orders. Please choose another pizza place and don’t go here.
SLOW!!!! We ordered our food for pick up and we waited for 30 mins. to get the the drive thru window and then another 10 mins before she came to the window. They need more people.Then the girl was taking payments then going to make pizzas without washing her hands.
This is the worst location. There is always a line and you can expect to sit there for 30-45 minutes every time. As I type this I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and have moved up one car. They don’t allow you to go in and order. The parking/drive through is a nightmare. If you pull up and take your chance in line and decide to leave you can’t because there is only one way out once the line starts. Once the line starts you can’t park because if you do you won’t be able to get out because of the line of cars blocking you in. The only good thing about this place is the pizza is always the same. Little Caesar’s should relocate this one to an easier more accessible location. Or teach their employees how to prepare for their busy nights so people can get in and out like at all their other locations. Going on 25 minutes now and still haven't moved. I Can’t leave because I’m blocked in. Well it’s now been an hour. I got to the window and the guy was at-least apologetic about the wait. Looks to be only 2-3 people working. Phone is going crazy. This location needs some serious help. I feel bad for the guy working here basically doing all the front end and window work by himself. 1 hour and 14 minutes. What a complete waste of time.
Horrible customer service. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins just to be told I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order and could go into the lobby to pick it up. Keep in mind I only ordered two pizzas. The door was locked and I was then yelled at by the same employee that I needed to go back into the drive thru to pick up my order just to wait another 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Your better off ordering from dominos or Pizza Hut.
Bad experience So called assistant manager talked backed for no reason. I ordered sausage pizza was told to wait 7 mins I said okay. The next minute they give me a box of pizza and I'm halfway home when I found out they gave me pepperoni! Went back she told me that's since I just pulled my window up she thought I wanted pepperoni and charged it for me. Time wasted.
