Great selection of ice cream along other tasty treats prepared for you. This place is almost always packed & you might have to wait a little , but its definitely worth it. Stop on by.
Someone dropped their water last time and got a free water replacement. I drop mine and didn’t get anything because it wasn’t “recent enough” when I dropped it about 10 minutes ago and was still around but came back after I finished the rest of my food I had bought. Terrible horrible customer service they just pick who they want. Wouldn’t come here again
Poor customer service. I’ve been a customer for several years now and I always order the “Nuez” flavored yogurt. Yesterday I stopped by this location and ordered the usual and sat down to eat it. Very quickly I noticed the flavor of the yogurt was off, it tasted sour and I noticed the fruit inside was bruised and not fresh at all. I even had my friends taste it to double check that I wasn’t wrong about the yogurt tasting sour and they agreed. I let one of the workers know that the yogurt had an off flavor and she took it upon herself to taste it herself and then have three other coworkers taste it. At one point they took the cup of yogurt to the back and another worker came out saying that the yogurt is prepared daily so it’s always fresh, but like I said before the fruit was BRUISED and wrinkly looking, all of which would not happen if the yogurt was really prepared the same day. Soon after they all started gas lighting me saying the yogurt tasted fine and kept asking me to further describe the flavor I was tasting. Basically insinuating that I was lying and was making a fuss over nothing. Keep in mind I never asked for a refund or anything I just wanted to bring it to their attention. This awkward interaction went on for so long that other customers started noticing how the workers were avoiding to take responsibility and were trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong. After more awkward silence and them just staring at me, one of them finally offered me a replacement. Overall would not recommend this location.
Not very friendly and inviting. I was charged $5.09 for a large cup of strawberry flavored water drink, when I believe the price for a large water flavored drink is only $3.05. I also got me 10 flavored paletas and the 11th one was supposed to be Free but since I was charged a different price for my flavored water drink it is like if I did not get the 11th paleta for Free. Not very happy with the dishonesty of customer service... Name of the person who took my order is Nati or that is how it is on my receipt.

If you are not Spanish speaking they will literally serve you last if at all. Won’t even make eye contact with you. They have no organization. They don’t go by first come first serve. It’s who ever they feel like serving in the line. Regardless of if the person is ahead of you or has just entered the door. I was ignored by so many people behind the counter that I left the store without ever being spoken to(waited 20min in line). You can’t even make the excuse that there were teenagers behind the counter. Most of these people were milder age and older individuals. I went to the La Michoacána on Lewis. I got served within 2 minutes of entering and they received a generous tip. I didn’t feel like scum of the earth at the Lewis location. That’s why even if it’s farther from my house and out of the way I WILL AVOID this location at all cost and GO TO THE LEWIS LOCATION. I’m so upset at this service.

I was there today with my daughters the ladies that helped us were very very nice that's why the 5 stars..Forgot their names but they were very friendly... we always go there for ice-cream
They were giving free cake today and it was scrumptious to my tastebuds. I highly recommend the ice cream cake its very good and the customer service was very great and speedy quick. WOOSH!
This is the very best ice cream shop the service is great and the employees are the sweetest it’s the cleanest place I’ve seen and I will come here every single day
