Slow service, no water gets offered, the girl looked lost, seems like she got lost on the way to place our drink order. It was just horrible!

Bad customer service my son almost fell in the bathroom they had no signs, if he had fallen i would of sued them also waiter was horrible terrible place to eat never will i come again!!!!
I decided to come here for my birthday for the first time and it was amazing! Waitress did forget about us at the beginning, menu is a bit overwhelming so we took our time to order but that was fine. I ordered the plate of crab legs in their house sauce and the waitress had trouble putting it on the table because it was so much crab legs. SO got the red snapper, we shared our dishes and still had so much food left over. The prices are definitely worth it opposed to some seafood places. Margarita pitcher was okay, a bit too sweet couldn’t really taste alcohol, next time I’d probably get a michelada. Overall I recommend coming here.

My husband and I reserved a table and they had us wait for almost 2 hours.I think they need a better manager or something because I saw people coming after us without reservations and they staff got them first than us. Bar tenders r great!!! But the rest was awful service made us waiting for 2 hours for a table.
