Fast food people are nice thier good pricing thier s a subway up the street that is just worst food with worse service
Great service staff was friendly. We went around 1 pm there was no one in the place. Very fast and as always great food. Staff greeted us when we came in and when we left.
Very disappointed every other Jimmy John's was excellent this one meat not cut freshly looked like it'd been sitting around a while overloaded with mayonnaise bread soaked mayonnaise nut on description of sandwich I would not suggest going to this Jimmy John's

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service that was given to me from the MANAGER of this store! I ordered my food through DoorDash with specific directions on how to deliver my food to my door to avoid any confusions! The delivery driver which so happen to be the manager of Jimmy John's did not follow directions. Instead he left my food outside of my apartment complex and someone must've taken it because I spent 10 minutes searching for my food! I called the store to advise them that I do not have food and it's been 2 hours since I placed my order. The manager answered the phone and was immediately over talking me as I was explaining my experience with this order. He then explained that door dash was the merchant who delivered my food and that it had arrived at 4:24pm. I called DoorDash and they stated that Jimmy John's delivered my food. I then called Jimmy John's and put them on 3 way with DoorDash so they can reconcile this issue. The manger answer the phone again and after realizing I was calling again he started to argue with me, stating that he delivered the food, it arrive at 4:45pm and he followed directions and to go downstairs again to check for my food. I've explained to him plenty times in many different ways that I do NOT have my food, it was not left in front of my apartment door like I requested, nor did I receive ANY notifications that food was going to be delayed or when it "arrived"! After spending almost 20 minutes on the phone with both parties ADVOCATING FOR MYSELF the manger hung up the phone on me when I asked for his manager contact information. The manager did not try a solution this issue at all! I didn't receive a refund nor was my food delivered again. I am disgusted with this experience.
Food very much good but their delivery drivers are very lazy and don’t like to what they are paid and tipped to do.
