I have been ordering from Jimanos for more than 20 years I'm sure. We always love the food our favorite is chicken-salad-pizza-wings-italian beef sandwiche..now the food is amazing. However one star for customer service in all my years of ordering here I have never encountered such rude customer service. I order online I added special wings and pizza I added everything to my cart and checked out - now technology can be flawed at times but long story short my food was delivered no wings . I ask the driver he says no wings was ordered I'm confused because my price indicates I ordered what I ordered. I always tip over 5 dollars we tip well. Call restaurants see what happens they basically argue with me and say you never ordered it - we can give you 50% off if you order it now. I continue to fuss because I know ordered cuz I choose sauce and ranch after all this he says well we can give you credit . Omg you could of lead with that ? instead have loyal customer never want to come back again I'm sure we spend any where 2k to 4k a year here but it's okay. I will not tolerate that I will never order here again. This is not how you treat loyal customerWord of advise customer is always rightBut you lost us forever
Good but not the best! All fresh ingredients which is a plus but it leaves something to be desired , it’s definitely a go to Wednesday rib special or Italian Combo or Grilled Chicken they don’t miss !
I just ordered a pizza late at night. they said it would take one hour. They were at my house In 30 minutes. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The driver was super nice and even called to let me know he was outside. I definitely recommend this pizzeria.
12/10/21: Review Update
Every time I order, I get the small thin crust sausage pizza. I'm never disappointed! I really enjoy their pizza & when it's delivered, it's always hot & fresh! Not a long wait time, I live by their restaurant by when I order delivery, I get my pizza within 30minutes from the time I place my order. Overall, good pizza & good service!
Never had a bad pizza here! The breadsticks are super tasty as well, my recommendation is the double dough italian beef pizza, thank me later!
Don’t get pizza from this place if you have limited mobility. They will not deliver it to your door. I let it go when another deliver person physically couldn’t climb the stairs but today the excuse was the delivery person had to deliver food to other people. My mom and I literally have trouble with the stairs and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask them to deliver to it to the door. It’s a shame because the pizza is good but the delivery service isn’t, and we aren’t tolerating it anymore.

Jimanos has the best thin crust pizza, hands down. Their menu is a little pricey but the food is good. I really like their Caeser salad, it's enough for two and you can add extras to it. They have daily specials and on top of that if you create an account with an email address you get even more deals. I often order for delivery and the food always arrives way before their estimated time. The staff is very polite. Last but not least, they're almost always busy. A great sign for any restaurant. If you like thin crust pizza, this is a great spot. Plus they offer much more than pizza if you aren't in the mood for it!
