I had a very long day at work that went late. Trying to find something to eat on the way home, i found the sign for this sandwich joint and decided I wouod give it a shot. I saw the times advertised on the door that said the shop was open until 9pm. I arrived a little after 8:30 and saw an employee at the door that shook her head and mouthed the word "closed" to me. If the closing time is 8:30, that's fine, but it should be reflected with what is posted.

Rude and no customer service. I called to ask what time they were open till since I've been burned 2x ordering on the app and get there and its closed hours before scheduled closing but still charged my card..anyway ghetto girl answers and when I ask what time they close she goes silent, I say are you there get a mm hmmm then ask again. She then hangs up on me. This place used to be great. Go to Gurnee dont use this one no one cares.
Do you put platinum or gold in your sandwiches? Your prices are way out of wack. Who's paying these ridiculous prices with such little value. I'll stick with Tony Subs and PotBelly were your dollar goes further and still get great quality. How is this place even in business??
Ordered through their website since it says itsopen til 9pm, I get there and they close at 8. Update your hours
Went to this store at 6:30 pm on Sunday and the employee said they were closing. When I asked when they closed she said their hours were changing on the weekends. I asked again what time do they close now and she said, I can go ahead and make you a sandwich I guess. I said no, didn’t want to mess up all of their work cleaning the grill and slicer and walked out. Don’t think I’ll be back any time soon if I can’t even get a straight answer on what time they close now.
