The food was good so was service, definitely on budget.
The place needs a deep cleaning. Finger prints on the glass, tables felt grimy and out of the 4 syrups offered, two of the bottles were empty.Service was good and the food was also good.
Order breakfast from them through Uber eats and soon as I opened my food it was a fly in my food. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager asked her if she can remake my food and she said No, it’s not IHOP problem Uber eats is the ones at fault and I would have to deal with them.
The people who run this store do an excellent job. I had the French toast with blueberries, which tasted great. My husband had a meat lover's breakfast which he liked very much. The coffee ☕️ tasted burnt and old, like it had been on the hotplate too long. The price of the meal was a shock. It was $38 for the two of us
If I could give a 1/2 star I would. I ordered the country fried steak with mashpotato and gravy w/ pancakes. I asked for butter and by the time I got it my food was cold. Then a family across from me finished and left. The man come over and started sweeping the floor and dust started to fly. Never go there again, dark and gloomy
Fairly priced, to go is super fast... Only complaint is the whip cream is always very watery... Other than that food for entire family without breaking the bank and kids love to get breakfast for dinner!!

We came in for breakfast and I ordered the spicy poblano omelette! It was amazing with just the right amount of Poblano peppers, bell peppers, onions, shredded beef.Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, highly recommend this location
I gave this location 4 stars mostly because the service was very good. The outside is a little run down looking but inside was clean, restrooms were clean and kept up, and as I mentioned above the service was real good. Very attentive, didnt need to write down my order just listened and put it in, and checked back just enough to make sure I was taken care of but wasnt annoyed by too much checking in. Food was made well and quick.
I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star. Pancakes were horrible they split apart they were super dry with a sandy texture. The waitress super long to come ask if we needed anything and ended up giving us the wrong check. Just overall horrible experience.
