I am disappointed by what happened today. My grandfather went in and received horrible customer service and then continued to give him our drinks that weren’t correct. We ordered the brown sugar cold brew one with cream and sugar and one without, I should have gone with him because when he came home and asked me to look at the drinks due to them looking off, they were not even the right drinks and had little to no ice. Horrible Dunkin to go to.
I have visited this store around 5 times. Every time they said they don’t have egg & cheese croissant for breakfast. Even they have very limited donuts.
Unfortunately, this store needs to be shut down. I live a couple of minutes from this Dunkin’ Donuts, so it’s pretty convenient for me to go here. However, every time I come here they don’t have none of the items that I pay for. It’s upsetting and its a waste of time. One time, they told us that the health inspector shut them down only for them to be opened up the next day. Why? Plus, I have to call a number in order to get a refund back? Ridiculous and so so bad for business.
They're pretty decent. Some have more people skilled employees than others. They pretty much all have same menu so you can always get your regular items.
This place has become a joke, ran by teenagers, randomly closes inside, claiming due to short staff, still uses the COVID coin shortage as a way to do cash only, or tells you if you want to use card you have to go inside the store. The bacon snack, is never done, you get barely cooked bacon and over cooked hash browns. Also the app doesn’t ever work correctly, I’ve added both my Apple Pay and my bank card and still can’t use the app, makes me scan for points then pay separately.
I've NEVER had a good experience at the Fountain Square location! I thought that I'd try once more last week and upon arrival there was a paper sign taped to the drive up menu board saying "closed for repairs". Their google ad says they're open, but they are not!
I will give stars less than this if any , order what i placed at drive through was taken wrong , they roasted my bagel which is very bad in taste , i can hardly find cream cheese on bagel.I will never recommend this store of Dunkin, avoid this location.

Exceptional service! The two guys working that evening on New Year’s Eve made my coffee very good! They were fast and friendly. One of my favorite locations.
The afternoon crew its so rude to costumers that its almost unbelievable they never have anything its really disappointing how they treat the people that its keeping that store standing because if it wasn't for the costumer they wouldn't be in business and yet people get treat like that smh
