this is the worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been to. we waited for 10 minutes in the drive through line with nobody ahead of us and they didn’t have anything we wanted to order. they didn’t have any chocolate donuts, bread, strawberries, etc. how are you going to have a company running if the whole purpose of it is to sell donuts (and you don’t even have the most common one.) while we were waiting for our food it was extremely slow and we couldn’t hear out of the super quiet microphone. don’t go here. Not to mention, the food I ordered was burnt. Not satisfied.
WHEN WE FIRST CAME THIS PLACE SAID THEY HAD NO TOAST, STRAWBERRIES OR CHOCOLATE DONUTS. Everything we wanted to order they didn’t have. We waited 10 minutes to get our order taken with no one in front of us and we arnt satisfied with the food we had to order. This place was super sketch and you could barely hear the lady through the mic. Worst dunkin ever. ?
This is the worst Dunkin' donuts in the world they don't even greet you when you walk in the door They don't even greet you when they're taken new order Their music is louder than their voice they're playing rap music in the background When you ordered your food they always screwed up I on my always on their cellphone Enough is enough
I really hate this Dunkin' spot never will come back. Food nasty ? uncook glad I got all my money back .... #shut it down ?????
Horrible!!!! Manager in charge not sympathetic at all to the fact that her employee spilled super hot coffee burning my hand. Employee never apologized, all she did was handed me a bunch of napkins, after handing me a hot cup of coffee without the lip placed properly, partially opened, which I noticed after it burned me. The manager in charge, all she had to say sarcastically, was that she got burned herself many times and that a supervisor, Cesar, will call, after I provided my name and phone number. I’m in pain from the burn on my hand and I had to plead a sorry from the manager after I insisted on asking what she was going to do about it.
Literally the worst Dunkin I've ever been to in my life. Took 10 min to take my order being the only car in the drive thru. Then proceeded to mess up my order (2 ice coffees and a wake up wrap). I corrected her since she only handed me a hot coffe..waited another 15 minutes to recieve the correct order. Again, only car in the drive thru. ???
Love this Dunkin Donuts !! Always fast !! Great customer service!! Adrian goes above and beyond to make sure our coffee is made just the way we like he is always smiling and makes sure to ask how we're doing !! He is a great asset to the company and we look forward to seeing him !!
Usually everything is always great. However today, cashier shorted me on my change and acted like she didn't know how much I gave her. I was ordered one of hash browns and was charged and given 2 that was fine. However when the hash browns tasted like metal I had to throw away. Tasted like if hashs browns were left on a metal rack.
Went yesterday & today, Halloween. They were in costumes yesterday which was amazing! But not today. Either way, my coffee was incorrect yesterday but spot on today. Overall, this location is the best for friendly and efficient service. Seems like the same gal is always at the window and she is awesome ?
Poor service. Drive thru talk box very hard to hear.
