I'm not sure if just the drive thru is open at 5 a.m. but I cant get a coffee if I try to go in at 515 a.m.
I love this Dunkin !!! It is the only one I visit from all the other locations in Waukegan . The service is great especially from Kennedy she is so friendly and makes my coffee just the way I like it . She always has a positive attitude and makes sure you are well taken care off . We have come back every day for a little bit over a month. I love how she greets us with “ hello the usual for you two “ .

I like this Dunkin. It is tinny tiny and small and cute. I love the workers. They are always so friendly. Products are good. Services are good. The only down side is that the location is horrible. I already don't like Waukegan...but the turn corner it's on is not safe...that's is all =)
Staff was nice but the place is falling apart. No working bathroom and many ripped chairs. Missing many lite bulbs as well.
I felt safe because all the employees wore masks while preparing the food.
In the morning it’s 5:00 am been sitting here for almost 10 mins no one came to the window
Fast service just dont like, that they dont let you use the restroom even if customer
Great place for Cold brew with cinnamon topping.
Slow service due to small crew.
