The customer service there was really good and courteous and I'd recommend Dunkin Donuts to everyone out there!!

So rude the manager Allan I believe doesn’t do his job correct there is a couple girls working there and always saying they don’t have this or that the manager is always talking to the girls working there and doesn’t hurry up with orders I usually go there Saturdays and Sunday’s and the manager is working with some girls always talking and less working won’t be coming back .
By far my favorite Dunkin in Waukegan. They definitely come in clutch when I’m running late and need a bite to eat before work. My orders have always been correct, unlike a couple of other Dunkins I’ve visited.

I ordered two large ice teas unsweetened in the drive-through. Got to the window and was told the cost was $8.30! What?! No thank you. I drove to McDonald’s and got 4 ice teas for four dollars. Not sure what happened to this place but I’m not going back.
Fast service in the drive thru and their cashier is nice.

I found out that at the busiest time of the day they will going to tell you that they only have Bagels and Hash brown, they cannot make ANY kind of sandwich "at the moment we only have....."This happened to me several times, they do this when the car line is getting longer.The staff is rude, I didn't understood what exactly she was saying over the speaker and she was laughing on me because of that.when I got to the window she was too busy to say good morning because she was flirting with the boy next to her.I will stop by in a year or two hoping they changed the staffMy purchased was made on October 25, 2021 7:45
