We ordered and there was some confusion so we asked the girl taking our order to please read it back to us. It was incorrect but accidents happen. The girl came out to our window and accused us of yelling at her and being rude. Her name tag said Melissa. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. We did not yell at her at all and just wanted to make sure our order was correct (it was not, we had to go inside to fix it).
Burgers are good. Fish sandwich isn't much more than a grocery store fish stick on a bun.
I came here threw the drive threw and they forgot to give me a burger then I called and spoke to Lesley and she was really helpful, a few days later I came to dine inside and to get my burger,Lesley made it right for me, once here I walked around the restaurant and noticed that is really clean and the staff is on top of everything, I understand that some times we make mistakes but is all about how you handle them, once again Lesley was very professional and made it pleasant for us to come back and keep been loyal customers.

Best fast food in the area by a mile. Super friendly staff, and just about everything on the menu I've tried has been good to great. My brother and I liken it to how fast food used to taste decades ago in the 90's before all the cost cutting measures were put into place and the quality of the food dropped down to livestock feed levels.
After ordering a medium size Turtle shake, I asked for whipped cream and caramel and hot chocolate drizzled on top. Well after paying $5.00 plus, I get a milk chocolate shake with whipped cream and 5 pieces of pecans on the bottom!Lazy person who doesn't care about orders they make. ? I really would have like to bring it back but I just dealt with it.
The last three times that I sent my husband to buy food here the burgers were burned black, like charcoal. Completely inedible. I'll never order food from them again and I do not recommend eating there.
The food was good and staff were friendly. Only thing I did dislike was that their tables were not cleaned at all and had crumbs/sticky spots
Always friendly and fast service. Bathrooms are clean and so is the dining room area. Food is always steaming hot and delicious.
The shrimp, fried fish and milk shakes are delicious. The customer service was great. When I travel back to Illinois I will be sure to dine again.
